町の中心部で何をするにも便利な場所です。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーでお願いするとすぐに対応していただけて大変良かったです。部屋からは氷河が眺められる素晴らしい景観で満足でした。 プールも十分な広さで楽しめました。山歩きが目的だったので多彩なコースがありこちらも大変よく、 シチズンズパスの使い勝手と相まって大変充実した滞在になりました。次回の休暇にも訪ねたいです。

A great little gem of a hotel, with extraordinary friendly staff, great amenities and in the middle of Saas-Fee. Gym is well equipped, albeit missing a rowing machine. Spa facilities are also amazing!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit stilvollem Ambiente und erstklassigem Service. Der Spa-Bereich ist ein echtes Highlight. Besonders die Saunen und Ruhezonen laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Pool ist schön, aber etwas kühl. Das sollte man wissen, wenn man eher wärmeres Wasser bevorzugt. Frühstück, Zimmer und Lage: top! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastique séjour ! L’hôtel est superbe, nous avons eu une suite spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons bien profité du spa. Le niveau de service est très bon.

Excellent as always but the roadway outside was being “worked on “, so rather noisy during the day. But not the fault of the hotel!

Das Personal war in allen Bereichen stets sehr freundlich. Spa- & Wellnessbereich sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker.

Nicht zu Toppen alles war zauberhaft Weelnes,Essen, Laufmöglichkeiten, und voralem meine Ruhe

Overall very good. There were a couple of maintenance issues I raised with our room which unfortunately weren’t resolved during our stay (eg bath plug was not operating so bath could not be filled). There was no follow up on this to keep us informed. There was no turndown service which seemed a bit odd for a 5* hotel. Otherwise, everything was great and it is a lovely hotel.

The regular hotel shuttle to the front de neige and back again is bliss. Extremely helpful driving team. They've created a good balance of luxury and amenability. The spa is splendid and the pool area very pleasant to be around.

J'ai réservé 2 chambres a mon nom et c'est la 2eme chambre qui a été upgradé!!! et a la fin du séjour ils ont reçu un bon de la part de l'hotel!! A quoi ca sert d'être membre GOLD ???
