This is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel, and the staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. However, as a guest in a standard room, I felt like a second class citizen. The room had 2 queen beds which, theoretically, would mean 4 people could stay there, but the room had 1 packet of powdered cream and sugar for coffee and one desk chair, plus two small ottomans which served as tables, but certainly were not good for seating. We were also told that other rooms got real coffee mugs but our room was only supposed to have paper cups. I can’t imagine why Hyatt would want to make guests feel unworthy of the same treatment as everyone else.

Beautiful property but too expensive. Should at least offer a free coffee and breakfast options.

Didn't like that there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room for the price. The paranormal tour should be included. Staff were very friendly

What a gem! The Elms was so comfortable and clean. We loved the privacy of the 5th floor along with the jetted tub! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The grounds were beautiful with all the tulips and other flowers. The Spa was relaxing and my massage was the best!

We were returning north to MN. And stumbled upon this Lovely historic hotel. Staff wonderful, and I have never seen a more spotless room. Restaurant on sight. Nice sitting areas in lobby. Outside grounds were beautiful.

LOVE THE SPA AND THE GROTTO and all of the area around!

Old but luxurious hotel with eccentric features and a ton to do. The indoor pool, grotto, plunge pools and other activities are a ton of fun.

Great place to stay, spa service was wonderful. So glad we did the Paranormal tour!

It was a nice little getaway. I imagined it would be more relaxing but it was okay. I wish the massage therapists we had were more experienced.

I enjoyed the lap pool, we enjoyed the dining but we did not have the best room even though the house hotel wasn’t crowded.

Staff was extremely friendly. Very clean facility. Food is a little pricey. Room was very nice.

I liked everything

The property is beautiful. However do not pay with a debit card they held over 1600 when my total bill was around 900 dollars from me leaving me with limited funds for the trip. I asked what these charges were I got different answers fron different staff. I am not blaming the staff just wish they would have been more clear on what was being taken out and why.

The spa was amazing! Hotel staff was excellent throughout. All requests (softer pillows, more towels etc) met with speed and kindness.

Neat atmosphere with fun to hear history. Quiet and relaxing; lots of spa options. The lap pool was my favorite!
