町まで歩いてすぐ。綺麗な内外装のなかなか素敵なホテルです。ベッドや浴室も清潔、広くて快適。シャワーの湯量も十分でした。レンタカーで行きましたが、数台は無料でホテルの前の専用駐車場に泊めることができます。スタッフは皆様の書いている通り大変フレンドリーで心の通ったサービスをされていました。

正月に２泊しました。最高のロケーションに建つ最高のホスピタリティを味わえるホテルです。特にコンシュルジュの対応は素晴らしく、日本からのメールのやりとりで、ジェノバ空港へのハイヤーの手配や、フィレンツェに移動する際の列車の時刻調べ、地元料理を堪能できるレストランガイドに至るまで、親切且つ的確な対応で、とても助かりました。また、ブッフェ形式の朝食が最高に美味しくて、毎日が朝食が楽しみでした。

Our stay at Grand Hotel Miramare was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived to the very last goodbye, everything felt effortless, luxurious, and genuinely special. The standout, without question, is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and truly invested in making our experience perfect. It never felt forced or overly formal, just incredibly thoughtful service where every need was anticipated before we even had to ask. That level of care is rare, and it made all the difference. The hotel itself is stunning. The rooms are beautifully appointed, comfortable, and feel like a true retreat. Waking up to those views every morning was unreal. It’s one of those places where you pause for a second and think, “wow, this is really happening.” Every detail felt considered, from the design to the overall ambiance. The food was incredible across the board. Whether it was a relaxed meal or drinks at the bar, everything felt elevated but still easy and enjoyable. And the bar itself deserves a moment, it’s charming, stylish, and just the kind of place you want to linger a little longer than planned. What really sets this hotel apart is how it makes you feel. A true five star experience. We had a special stay in this special hotel.

We had an amazing stay. The personnel was always kind and friendly, really making the experience a super cool one. The Junior Suite we stayed in was amazing, large, spacious with a sea view balcony. Really one of a kind! Breakfast and dinner was also an highlight, served on a nice balcony. I would only hope in the future they would improve the spa, which at the moment is only a treatments room.

Everything about the Grand Hotel Miramare is excellent! We have stayed several times and it’s always been exceptional service and a wonderful staff. We love Antonio, Roberto and Luigi along with the front desk team.

A beautiful hotel with a staff that was incomparable. From the bellmen to the front desk to housekeeping everyone at Grand Hotel Miramare went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. They treated us like family. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were outstanding. Location is ideal for exploring the charming town of Santa Margherita. We would highly recommend this hotel to any travelers wishing to experience the best of Italy.

The staff was very attentive, and the hotel is beautiful. a welcome cocktail upon arrival, or credit formtjenbar would have be greatly appreciated. taxis in the area are insanely expensive.

Beautiful property, stylish and comfortable rooms, gorgeous views and the amenities were great. Piano player in the evening was a highlight and so was the beach. Highly recommend.
