We missed flights due to illness. Tried to reschedule new dates through Expedia to stay at the property in springtime. No reply - only that computers went down. My friends stayed; they enjoyed their rooms and good times were had…. Not so much for me …
No reply from management and even after many attempts from Expedia, room was cancelled but no refunds at all! No courtesy to change dates … I had to eat the cost and believe it or not, I’m a bonvoy member ! No love from Marriott at all!
