空港に近いが、飛行機の音がうるさいという両面を持つ。部屋の中では、ほとんど気にならない。施設は古いが、機能としては満足が行くホテルである。エグゼクティブフロアには軽食が摂れるエグゼクティブルームがあった。使い勝手が良かった。

ホテル内でゆっくり過ごすのに、とても居心地がいいです。 朝食ビュッフェも満足です

Clean, quiet, respectful and everyone is helpful. I was surprised to see how many languages are spoken to make sure you are well informed about all the services offered. Always smelling great, close to so many useful spots (stores, restaurants) 9.5/10

Fue muy bien. Las personales son genialmente amables. La cena no fue bueno. Pero estamos satisfechos con los servicios. Me encantó la música em vivo.

Love the hotel

The hotel is okay. The room wasn't ready at 3.30 pm. The key didn't work, reception just didn't care. The room was noisy. The breakfast wasn't good for us, fruit was excellent but other choices were poor. The staff ,some good some not so good. Coffee wasn't offered. It gets very busy and the system is slightly chaotic. No one at reception asked if we'd had a good stay. Or said thank you. The best bit was the airport shuttle the driver was great. Very disappointed by the experience.

El hotel es bueno en general; sin embargo, si viajan con niños no vale la pena reservar una habitación de nivel premium pues el hotel tien política de no dejarlos ingresar al club premium.

The room was clean breakfast was great but we got overcharged. Wasn’t sure if other juices wasn’t included in the buffet prices ended up being charged $20 per person which was much for Guatemala
