LeedsやYorkshire観光の後に滞在しました。価格もお手頃で室内も生活で大変満足でした。朝はホテルの裏手にあるゴルフ場を散歩がとても気持ち良く、プールも広く快適なホテルライフを過ごせました。

We were refused service at the restaurant, when we told staff we were willing to wait they said no point you probably won’t get a table. Then we asked if we could eat in our room and they said no. Effectively giving us no food options we had to order pizza as we are unfamiliar with the area and there was nothing within walking distance.

Overall, a lovely hotel with good amenities and we enjoyed a comfortable stay. The carpet in our room had some noticable stains/marks.

Very pleasant stay

The hotel is very tired, including the rooms & does not reflect the pricing, though staff are lovely.

Excellent value for money

We didn’t use pool, hot tub or spa facilities so unable to comment on these areas, but our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast very good.

A very pleasant short break at Hollins Hall. Staff were excellent and the food in the Grill on the Hill was delicious. The leisure centre was well equipped and very clean. Yes, the hotel is starting to show its age but overall the stay was very enjoyable.

Nice place

Lovely room, nice and clean and the staff. We spent most of our time in the spa which was great. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it felt like the whole hotel was way to warm, it was freezing outside but felt too much inside. Also worth mentioning that we used the hotel restaurant for an evening meal, though it was lovely food it took over an hour to get our main which was ridiculous.

Friendly welcoming staff really made the stay. Rooms are a bit dated and breakfast wasn’t great, and the pool changing rooms had a smell, but overall decent and we’d stay again.

The staff were very courteous and helpful when needed. Nothing wrong with amenities or breakfast.

Room was good and the staff helpful on checking in and out I did eat in the restaurant and although fully booked they managed to get me a table. The food however was average. Not enough to complain about but the batter on my fish was not crispy all the way through so was soggy on the inside. I had had a long day and wanted my bed so it was too late to get it exchanged. I like to use this hotel for early flights at Leeds Bradford airport. You should capitalise on this as you are minutes away from the airport.

Friendly staff

Room was nice and clean, but was quite cold overnight. Staff were very welcoming. We didn’t use the pool/gym facilities but it’s good that the option was there. There were people opening the fire door to smoke at the end of the corridor on the 4th floor, which lead to the whole corridor stinking several times throughout the evening. The cooked breakfast was underwhelming. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay. Beautiful hotel grounds. Ample parking.

Does the job but take your own pillows as theirs are like sandbags.
