ナイアガラの滝がよく見える最高のお部屋でした。

部屋の窓からナイアガラの滝が目の前で、夜遅くまでライトアップが楽しめた

ナイアガラビューという事もあり、ホテルからの景色が最高でした。 広くてキレイだしとても良かったです。

朝部屋から見える滝がとてもきれいでした。

3泊滞在しましたが、2日間ともこちらから連絡をしないと客室にセットされているはずのコーヒーが補充されませんでした。また、清掃も断っていないのに入っていませんでした。エコと清潔を保つのは別問題です。エコを理由に清掃を省いている気がします。

Overcharging for a mediocre stay, Customer service was not over the top. Paid $50 for parking for one day and was still made to walk in the freezing snow to park my car 10 mins away and then walk all of my heavy bags back to the hotel. No complimentary anything in the room. No customer service was over the top. Very dissappointed in marriot for this kind of service.

Room was extremely hot. An engineer came and couldn't resolve the issue so was given two fans. By the middle of the night it was still hot so called front desk. Requested for two more fans. Waited for an hour one one showed up. Woke up the next day with fans sitting outside the hallway. All guests in the room were sweating when awake in the morning.

View was nice. Room needs updating - chairs were dingy and worn looking, window was filthy to the point of impeding the view. Hotel looks tired

I have no idea why this hotel has a high rating. The staff is nice and the room is more like a holiday inn. The valets are understaffed as it took 10-15 minutes just to return our car to the valet because of the lineup. Not their fault, I guess the owners are cheap.

overpriced poor service

This was our 5th time we stayed with Marriott falls view This is one of the cleanest and nicest hotel on Canadian side and also front desk staff is very friendly specially Zabbi. I highly recommend this hotel.
