ホテル自体も綺麗で部屋も綺麗でした。 しかし、アメニティーはイマイチ充実していない印象でした。 しかし、立地がよく、マリルボーン・ベーカーストリート駅を両方とも使えるので、メトロの便がすごく良く、パディントンも近いので空港へのアクセスもよかったです。

早朝チェックインがOKでした。 素直に嬉しかったです… ただし、ルームサービスは最低でモーニングを（34ポンド約5千円）1人分頼みましたが、トーストとオーツが付いているからプラス28ポンドだと合計で75ポンド（約１万円）言われました…が、早朝チェックインのお陰を考えると… ただし、前日に06時30分タクシーコールをフロントに頼みましたが来たのが50分で大渋滞でした…危うくタイムオーバー

とてもすばらしいホテルでした。またロンドンに来るときはぜひ利用したいと思います。 基本的に不満点はありませんでしたが、唯一あるとすれば朝食の時間が7時〜ではなくもう少し早ければ良かったなと思います。 あとは、もしウォシュレットが付いていれば何も言うことはありません。

Room was spotless, spacious and had plenty of amenities. It’s a stunning hotel, great food in the restaurant, excellent service. Our only disappointment was the spa and pool not being open (as being renovated) which we didn’t know about until after we had booked our non refundable room. But overall an excellent hotel.

Amazing stay, room was clean, breakfast was great, afternoon by the champagne bar was wonderful, would stay again! The staff were super friendly and helpful.

This was my second visit. The room, like before, was nice and clean. I got a great rate on an executive room, much appreciated. All I would say is that the rooms on level one do look out directly onto customers drinking in the palm court, so privacy is a problem on that floor. Other than that, it was a very nice stay!

The best hotel in London

Everything including service was great, it was jusy that the rooms seem a little dated for the price, also there were hardly any sockets in the room which was a little annoying.
