総合評価とレビュー Residence Inn by Marriott New Orleans Metairie

Hotel and room are clean, but the experience was bad and much less than other Residence Inn hotel which I have ever stayed.. Card key is so often mulfunctioned but the front staff has refused my request to change the card several times, so I had to go and back between the room and front desk many times. Also, some staff is not friendly so makes me uncomfortable. this is not hotel's hospitality.. (I mean some staff are not good , of course, I found some nice staff as well) And the bathroom got clogged with the drain, so makes it often water-soak in the floor but it was not fixed even though I requested this in the paper. As the summary, the hotel and room is clean, but the experience is just bad. I was the fan of the Residence Inn hotel chain, but this hotel in Metarie was disappoineted me.

Great stay

Front desk lady was polite enough ! No washing soap in kitchen . Only dishwasher soap so if u drink a cup pf coffee or use a plate your only option is to run the dishwasher to wash it . Also at 9.15 a lady loudly bangs on our door like theres a fire . We were jolted out of our beds as we arrived super late the night before . Kindly train your staff to not enter or knock like there's a fire prior to check out at 11 AM . Was a rude awakening.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and well appointed. We thought the breakfast was good. It is located behind a surgery center and we had very little traffic. The outside pool area is nice, they supplied the towels and the grandkids liked it. My only complaint was that the bed in room 106 is on the same wall as the exit and it is a very heavy door. Luckily, there was not much late/early traffic, we we endured.

Very soothing had brought the wife there for her bday dinner. Everything was smooth even had a musician come play for her. Surprised there was no complaints

Overall, my experience was pleasant. However, we had to keep putting water in the back of the toilet to flush. We did not inform the front desk because we did not want to pack our things and move to a different room once we got settled and noticed the issue. We only stayed in the room to sleep so we just dealt with it. Everything else was great, including breakfast which was the best part.

It is always clean and smelling good

Overall the stay was good. I think more attention to details is important. For example the body wash was out in the shower, completely out. We did not have extra toilet paper in one bathroom. These things should be looked at each and every time a room is cleaned.

Typisch amerikanische Hotelanlage einer Kette. Frühstücksangebot sehr umfangreich. Zimmer sind riesig, Küche top und komplett ausgestattet. Super kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten! Wer etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums wohnen möchte, kann hier nichts falsch machen. Mit dem Auto in 10 min bei allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

close to city and the airport. avoided the craziness of downtown New Orleans. Great staff. Really enjoyed a double suite with two bedrooms.

I really liked the area it was located. We felt safe. We liked the “apartment feel” of the room. We also enjoyed the fireplace at night.
