大きなバケージ３つを持ってタクシーでホテルに到着したところ、すぐにスタッフの対応があり、速やかにチェックインできました。また部屋の案内もスムーズでフレンドリーでした。バケージもすぐに部屋に届いいたので、疲れて到着したにもかかわらずすぐにパーソナルアイテムも使うことができました。

以前に他のリッツカールトンに宿泊しましたが、モントリオールのリッツも期待通り素晴らしいホテルでした。　リノベーションをして間がないのか、部屋の快適度・清潔度は満点。サービスレベルについては１２０点です。リッツさんこれからもヨロシク！！

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! Staff goes out of their way from the moment you arrive. The room had so many modern amenities including heated bathroom floors and a huge closet/changing room. Pool area is incredible. I cannot wait to go back here!

The room itself was absolutely stunning—modern, spacious, and impeccably designed. The attention to detail in the décor was impressive, and the amenities were top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had a luxurious feel with high-end finishes. It was the perfect blend of contemporary style and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a high-end experience in Montreal.

Outstanding service and very nice rooms, though lighting and shade controls are way over-complicated. Overall, a diamond in the midst of a thoroughly graffiti-vandalized city of Montréal.

Not hotel guest friendly. No coffee, no breakfast, bar crowded and you need a reservation even at the bar. No chairs in lobby. Small business area. Nothing for breakfast. No gathering spaces.

What a lovely hotel. Worth the $$. Wonderful service, beautiful rooms, luxurious. Will definitely return!

Beautiful hotel and rooms were spacious and wonderful. Great, attentive staff. The only thing I didn’t like was that staff brings guests who are checking in to the elevators and press the buttons to send them up. On two occasions it was hard to get into the elevator and press my elevator floor due to a very aggressive staffer being in the way and pressing the check in person’s floor ~ obnoxious.

Luxurious hotel with outstanding service. Expensive but worth the extra few dollars. Included breakfast ( missed by sleeping in after difficult day) and $100 bar / food credit. Prime location on elegant Sherbrooke Street, location of some of surviving gilded age mansions. Treat yourself
