Staff at check in was pkeasant but provided no information about the room or whete it was. Often, there was no one at the desk . There was no coffee or coffee pit in the room. We could not get the shower to work. The whole property seemed run down.

Most things was pretty great for what it is. But the beds are not to comfy and if you are looking for a elevator keep looking other than that no complaints

I'd stay there again.

Hotel is fine for a quick stop. Breakfast is poor. The front desk reception doubles as the breakfast area with seating for about 6 people, assuming noone is trying to check out. Needless to say, it is extremely cramped.

We arrived at 7 pm, the front desk clerk didnt speak. Just adked our name and gave us a single key. Told us what our room number was. There were no elevators, I can be ok with that but those with children or luggage may have a issue. We were never advised of breakfast times. When we went for breakfast there were only 2 tables with 8 chairs for the entire building. And breakfast did have biscuits and gravy for the first setting of people. The rest of us were left to eat 2oz containers of yougurt, or toast, and over processed bars, or snack cakes like those from Sam's. Those containers were almost empty and the gent behind the counter dumped boxes of the processed foods out. The employees were eating there breakfast behind the counter complaining about the guests still being in their rooms and the guests using the bathroom. And they were not quiet about it. That was the last straw . We are very perplexed as to how they were rated a 8 out of 10. More like a 2 or 3.

wife had 17 bedbug bites and I had 7. Also found a bedbug when unpacking at home. Currently costing me $1700 for start bedbug treatment. They also required a $50 for damage fee which I knew nothing about prior to booking and I had better get credit back on my credit card which they said would happened. Will never stay there again.

Breakfast was terrible. no eggs or any kind of meat. Coffee was horrible. Terrible pillows, potty loose on the floor. Furniture is old / broken down and should be replaced. overpriced for the condition of things. Note: no luggage carts. Had to negotiate luggage up and down stairs.

It was generally pretty nice a clean. Definitely could use an update. Biggest complaint is the air fresheners. The fragrance was so strong and quite bothersome. Staff were friendly.

The breakfast left a little to be desired. Other than that, this was a fine, basic motel.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Water was hot and good pressure. Needed waffle iron and batter for hot breakfast.

Very small dining area with only 2 small tables at the check-in desk for the breakfast, but other than that it was a great stay!

Basic no frills with no elevator which was no big deal for us as we usually take the stairs anyway but the no coffee maker was a as we love our coffee before we get moving but they have coffee downstairs so we survived. The room was clean and comfy.

Our keys didn’t work on day 3

No one at desk when we tried to check in. Finally called hotel and person showed up to answer phone.

Right off the road and reasonable price.

No hot water. Broken chair in the room. All around low quality and needs an update badly.

Our room had no hot water brought it to front desks attention seemed like he didn't really care.

Very clean. Lots of room!
