The mattress in our room was a hard and we couldn’t get any good sleep at all but everything else was good

Loved this property for the value. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Breakfast isn’t bad either. Will definitely stay again.

It might have just been me but the hotel had a strange smell to it. I don’t know if it was just the area or what. But other than that there was nothing wrong with our stay. Staff was friendly. The outside was mostly clean. It was noisy at times. But it was conveniently close to all of the activities that made us stay in Pigeon Forge to begin with

Lights in the room were dim. None were bright. Need an extra blanket in room for those of us who are cold natured. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, sofa was very comfortable for sitting.

I almost hesitated to leave a review because I didn't want others to find out about this gem. I wish I had gotten the name of the of the nice lady at check in because she was super friendly and fun. This hotel is super clean and the rooms look new. It's conveniently located to all the attractions and just across the street from Dollywood Lane. The breakfast is simple but good and the building is back a bit from 441 so the noise isn't as bad as being directly on the street.

Rooms smelled like pee. Not happy

Lots of people smoking outside of their rooms. Animals barking from rooms next door. Noisy area. Room smelled like they just shampooed and then shut the room up

Too many people smoking in hotel rooms and corridor. Towels had bad smell.

Free breakfast and very stern beds there is McDonald's, Golden Coral, Wendy's, Arby's, Baskin Robbins and many other places within walking distance to eat

Enjoyed our stay very much. Vacation to relax. Hotel employees were very nice easy to check in and out. Very clean and quiet. Will stay again

Wonderful hotel really close to Dollywood and many other attractions. Hotel has breakfast in the morning, rooms are spacious. Elevator can be a little slow.

This hotel was the perfect fit for our mini family trip. The breakfast was good and the service was great. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable…it was also in a great location and very convenient to Dollywood.
