Older hotel whose amenities show their age but it is very serviceable. No elevator and no weight room,

This hotel may have not had as many amenities as more expensive places, but it was very comfortable, had every amenity we needed, such as fridge, microwave, coffee in the lobby, delicious breakfast, and good toiletries. Beds were comfortable and staff members were helpful and kind. We were one of few who had an outside door to our room, which was very convenient for loading and unloading. We could also enter the hotel through another door exiting our room. Nice place to stay on a budget!

Good value for the price. The rooms were spotless, and the hot tub and pool were a highlight. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but decent to start the day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the bed was a bit uncomfortable, otherwise a great stay overall.

Surprisingly great breakfast for a Super 8 - scrambled eggs, biscuits with sausage gravy, mini waffles with fruit to top off, etc

This Super 8 is well maintained. Outside is very basic. Rooms are spacious quiet and clean. Many motels with fancy names should be as hood. Very helpful staff.

Rooms, pool and spa were very clean.

Easy to park and get on and off the highway.

Full kitchen in the room and it was cheap. AC worked well and it was clean. Staff was friendly.

We had a problem with our bed. Had a broken box spring . We should have asked for a new room. Such a nice place but our sleep was interrupted every time we turned over. Not par for your company. We did tell the front desk at check out. They were pleasant and apologized. Hope this is looked into so next customer doesn't experience this dis comfort the money we paid out. Bill Swails

Spent 11 days on my motorcycle, only one hotel experience was better than this one and it was twice the price. People were super friendly, room was perfect.

I have to make this trip to grab my grandson 2 times from Utah to Baker City. We have always stayed at the Comfort Inn across the freeway. Your hotel was just fine for our stay, and I’ll book there from now on. Thank you!
