シンク周りにゴキブリ‼️ ベッドのシーツは、湿っぽく ダニに身体の30箇所位、噛まれ最悪‼️

7月に親子3世代で3ベッドルームビラに4泊しました。二階建てで各部屋に専用バスルームがあり、内2部屋はバスタブ付き。造りが良いのでシャワーの音など気にならず。Wifiも快適。フルキッチンには食洗機や大型冷蔵庫があるので、我が家はデナラウ港のスーパーで食材を買い込み、朝食は部屋で取りました。洗濯機乾燥機付きなのもビーチリゾートでは助かります。ビラ専用駐車場が近くにあるので、高齢者や子供もあまり歩かずに済みます。隣接の Sheraton Resort とWestin Hotel のプールやレストランも利用出来て、支払いの部屋付が可能。 SPGメンバーはレストランが10％引きになるので、チェックイン時に登録すると良い。スタッフも皆明るく親切でした。

今まで滞在したリゾートホテルの中で、私たち夫婦で初めて実感した最高のロケーションを持っているホテルでした。バリ島、プーケット島、サムイ島のホテルでは、ないものがあり、大変満足しました。

ナンディのダウンタウンから離れてリゾートとして隔離された地区に位置するホテルなので、ゆったりと落ち着ける。 ヴィラにはキッチン付きの部屋もあり、部屋によっては自分達で料理するこど可能。 スタッフの対応も素早く文句なしであった。 ただ、リゾート内の物価は町中よりも高いので、水などは町中で買い出ししたほうが良い。

快適な滞在でした。お部屋も広くプールもよかったです。コンドミニアムなので、お料理もできます。SPGの設備を共用できます。

Lovely facility friendly staff nice clean rooms. Would defiantly stay here again. Buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing with lots of choices for adults and the kids.

Room was great. Staff is so friendly and helpful

The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the villas are great for a family with everything you could need. They are a little dated. hence why they are updating the villas, but they are still great and are clean and well appointed. The villas all have TV's in the room and AC in each room that can be changed per room. The pool access rooms are great for families with kids, as no stairs to climb after a swim. During our stay there was some noise due to renovations, and one morning was particularly loud from 7am onwards, and was a little annoying when trying to have a sleep in. These renovations are suppose to to completed in March 2026 and we did have a look at one of the mock rooms they had renovated and it looked modern and well designed. The great thing about the villas is the kitchen and laundry facilities, which we used a few times. Also, there is a supermarket just outside the Villas that had some cheaper options for snacks, food and drinks that helped when kids got a bit hungry, as the cost of food in all the resorts can be pricey. We did a look around via Bulla bus at other resorts on the island to get and idea of what is around for our next trip, and we would definetely go back to Sherraton Denerau Villas on the next trip.

Everything was great. Staff went above and beyond

This was our first stop on a month long vacation in Fiji and Australia. We loved this resort. If you are looking for a nice beach, maybe look at some of the island properties instead. But this resort was great for a quiet start to our vacation. The villas were under a major renovation but even then the stay was nice.

This is our second stay at the Sheraton Villas. The people are amazing and we are always so well looked after. The rooms are awesome for a family. We will definitely be back again. Thanks for having us.

I recently stayed at Sheraton Villa and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The facilities were great, especially the swimming pools, my 3-year-old daughter really enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fiji, I would definitely stay here again.
