シンク周りにゴキブリ‼️ ベッドのシーツは、湿っぽく ダニに身体の30箇所位、噛まれ最悪‼️

7月に親子3世代で3ベッドルームビラに4泊しました。二階建てで各部屋に専用バスルームがあり、内2部屋はバスタブ付き。造りが良いのでシャワーの音など気にならず。Wifiも快適。フルキッチンには食洗機や大型冷蔵庫があるので、我が家はデナラウ港のスーパーで食材を買い込み、朝食は部屋で取りました。洗濯機乾燥機付きなのもビーチリゾートでは助かります。ビラ専用駐車場が近くにあるので、高齢者や子供もあまり歩かずに済みます。隣接の Sheraton Resort とWestin Hotel のプールやレストランも利用出来て、支払いの部屋付が可能。 SPGメンバーはレストランが10％引きになるので、チェックイン時に登録すると良い。スタッフも皆明るく親切でした。

今まで滞在したリゾートホテルの中で、私たち夫婦で初めて実感した最高のロケーションを持っているホテルでした。バリ島、プーケット島、サムイ島のホテルでは、ないものがあり、大変満足しました。

ナンディのダウンタウンから離れてリゾートとして隔離された地区に位置するホテルなので、ゆったりと落ち着ける。 ヴィラにはキッチン付きの部屋もあり、部屋によっては自分達で料理するこど可能。 スタッフの対応も素早く文句なしであった。 ただ、リゾート内の物価は町中よりも高いので、水などは町中で買い出ししたほうが良い。

快適な滞在でした。お部屋も広くプールもよかったです。コンドミニアムなので、お料理もできます。SPGの設備を共用できます。

Kid and family friendly resort breakfast was wonderful and ocean front condo was amazing it was very spacious

We return frequently—it truly feels like a home away from home. A fantastic family-friendly property that strikes the perfect balance between comfort and practicality. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with large, functional bathrooms and the added convenience of laundry facilities. There is plenty of room for larger families or groups of friends to relax without feeling crowded, making it an ideal base for both short and extended stays. The easy access to the pool is a real bonus, and the food at Wet Edge was consistently excellent. What stood out most was how convenient and thoughtfully designed the property is for families. Everything feels easy, comfortable, and geared towards making your stay enjoyable. We would happily return.

Great resort for a family. Friendly staff, great activities, beautiful pools, restaurants with stunning views, the biggest buffet I've seen at a resort!

The hospitality was amazing as usual no complaints there, however our room wasn’t a wow factor for my stay, maintenance was happening people walking around your room constantly with didn’t give us privacy and noises would start from 9am. I would have appreciated if staff would have advised me about the scenario.

Our villa was a disaster. It rained all night and there was a leak in the roof and it flooded our front foyer where we had our shoes and few other belongings. So naturally our belonging and shoes were soaked. Next morning we requested to be moved but the hotel was at full capacity due to the mini hurricane that’s what we were told. The manager and front desk staff were polite and understanding. The housekeeping staff were amazing. All the restaurant staffs on both sides were just amazing and wonderful. Food was 10 out 10. We paid lots of money for the villa that was not up to par.

Fantastic staff and facility for a family holiday

Wonderful stay which I can’t really fault. The refurbished rooms are a significant improvement and genuinely luxurious.

Amazing staff, grounds, buffets, and villas. Our trip and experience had some bumps in the beginning, as the parts of the property and rooms are under construction (due to be completed in October 2026). The staff went above and beyond to make it right, and blew us away with their Fijian hospitality that knows no equal. Our stay was magical a filled with memories we will carry with us forever.

We stayed in a newly renovated 3 bedroom ocean front villa, this has a living area, kitchen and 2 bedrooms (1*king, 1* 2 doubles) downstairs and one king bedroom upstairs. Very child friendly with no sharp edges# for small kids to hit. Overall a very pleasant environment and experience. 2 small quibbles, shower in upstairs room to ok ages to heat up and the drain is to small. The newly renovated stairs needs to have the only sharp edges on the non skid plates rounded off with a file. Small things.

2 bedroom villa really spacious and good facilities within the room. Was perfect for our young family. Buffet breakfast was excellent too. Check in was disappointing as our room wasn’t ready until 415pm

The property was clean and has lots of amenities. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa was very spacious! We had a great time. I’d stay here again.

Staff are amazing, however, we had quite a lot of issues with our room which was frustrating. Firstly, the door was broken. The staff had to replace the entire lock system the following day, which meant a night/day with easy access to the room. Secondly, the air conditioning was broken and the engineer was on site regularly to try and fix it. Eventually they refunded one night accommodation because the air conditioner couldn’t be fixed in one of the three bedrooms (and boy oh boy was it hot and unusable). Thirdly, the air conditioner in another bedroom overflowed and leaked water everywhere. Despite all of this, we loved the place and had a great time. Beautiful staff and a gorgeous place with great food, pools and drinks. Would go back!
