The hotel is a little dated but it was sufficient for what I needed. The front desk staff was nice except one girl who was working the day I checked in. Food from the restaurant was good.

The hotel was very nice. Well cleaned, actual comfy bath towels to use, and a great location just outside the city a few minutes from the stadium complex and right next to the airport but the road did not have away awful airport traffic surprisingly! Employees were all polite and helpful the times we interacted. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone coming into the city but not wanting to stay deep in the city itself. Two negatives to me were 1: I wish there were hours posted for the hotel bar/restaurant. It wasn’t open Friday afternoon when we were there but then same time Saturday it was. 2: the parking ticketing/paying was confusing. It would’ve been nice to just be included in hotel price or be at least a bit more transparent on how you to prove your car is ok to be parked there or not (there was nothing to be put in the window or dash to prove payment)

Receptionist when I check-in No smile, No talk , No even explain how much charge for safety deposit. Only “ put your card in..” No welcome, no bye … Faucet in bathroom run all the time. Can not turn completely off

While roll in shower was provided, pooled water on floor due to improper drainage. Shower chair was provided when asked. No exhaust fan in bathroom made it very humid. Floor drain cover not secured. Very few staff for how busy it was as an airport property. Staff polite and professional.

Every thing was great. The toilet needs to be updated to a taller one. The could be updated but very clean. I prefer not to pay for parking.

Property show its age. Convenient to airport but nothing else; adequate for an overnight stop on the way overseas. Breakfast is extra cost.

Front desk person was rude and unwelcoming. Bar/restaurant not open until 5 so we had to walk over to another hotel for lunch.

I really only have two complaints, the first one is that I don't believe if you are paying to stay at the hotel that you should have to pay $25 a day for parking as well, also there is no continental breakfast options only the restaurant and it is very very expensive! Because of this I will not be staying here again, I have stated other hotels just as nice, and no extra for parking and free breakfast included.
