I love staying at Sheridan. I had a little problem understanding the lady at front desk and I had to pay for water for 3 dollars and change that I did not know was not free water. I also ended up paying 285 for my stay and gave them an additional 250 as security. They sent someone to check the room before I left before giving me back my security deposit. Not sure I would stay there again but I would not say don't go there. Otherwise it is a lovely place in terms of decor

The room was spotless and it was a beautiful room, but unfortunately, we had to leave after being there an hour for a family emergency. Staff were great

Good but you guys definitely need 2 people running the club room, as a person who works in the food industry also 1 person can do it but it’s a lot of overload on them especially when it’s busy in the club room with many guests, breakfast especially when we went all the food was done and the person was scrambling trying so hard to work had to wait extra for breakfast when I was also in a time rush.

Room was spotless and everyone was nice

Great hotel: we frequent this one because we travel with basketball. Great buffet breakfast (discount for teams $15), Starbucks and a bar for parents to escape their children. Gym is small but effective.

The staff was amazing and they fulfilled my additional requests. The rooms were clean, the only issue during the stay was the jacuzzi didn't work in the room. Other than that the hotel was a nice stay with alot of restaurants near by.

Room was small, older rooms, pullout couch is extremely thin and they provided bed sheets as “blankets”. There is also no microwaves in the room unless you book the 1 or 2 bedroom suites. There is also no public microwave in the hotel. There is a hot tub and pool but it’s in the best western which is attached. Location was great in terms of food, gas stations, highway access etc. the changerooms were so gross. There was hair all over, bandaids all over, wipes, wet bathing suites just left. Very expensive hotel for not the best experience.
