The promise of the public spaces does not translate to the bedrooms. The bedrooms are not bad but my carpet was stained and the top

I am very pleased with the stay at the property. Great location and fantastic lake view. I would definitely book the hotel for my next trip to Ontario.

Breakfast was what you expect. The staff and area were both phenomenal. The restaurants and cafes were nice in the area. Nice scenery and walking area.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance but that happens from time to time.

Great location, staff was very helpful, good value, clean and well kept.

A serviceable two-star option on the water in Burlington. 5-stars for the lovely breakfast room attendant.

The hotel staff were very good. Unfortunately the room I had, toilet was leaking and created puddle and the sink in bathroom needed to be unclogged and had draining issues and shelves in bathroom were dusty.

The hotel was nice overall, but unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t work very well during my stay. I didn’t feel like complaining at the time, so I just decided to head home.

Initial staff member met at reception did not smile, and was not particular helpful and did not make me feel welcome. All staff encountered afterward were excellent. Visible dust strings from lampshades in room but otherwise clean.

We had an amazing stay at the Waterfront Hotel in Burlington. The location is hard to beat, right by the water with beautiful views that make the whole experience feel relaxed and refreshing. The property is surrounded by plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which made dining very convenient throughout the stay. Everything we needed was close by without needing to drive around. Service was excellent from check in to check out. A special mention to Cassandra, who really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. That level of attention made a noticeable difference in our stay. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider coming back again.

The bathtub I’m in my room was clogged for the two nights I was there.

Decent stay. Nothing crazy. Old ish

It was a basic hotel. Unfortunately, a couple of our towels were stained. And one of the waste bin was not emptied. For the price I would have expected a bit more attention to details. But the area was beautiful. Staff very friendly.

Stayed 1 night while attending a wedding across the parking lot, hotel was clean, staff were friendly, room was nice and comfortable, no complaints.

Good staffs, 10/10 on property .. I enjoyed my stay
