We loved our stay here. The space was inviting and fresh and the room was clean and updated. The salt water pool was a fun addition for the kids and there is a little sandy beach suitable for swimming just steps away from the hotel. There are also lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was breezy, with decent variety. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect location right on the beautiful waterfront. Hotel was spotless, spacious room and bed very comfortable. Very helpful staff.

Zimmer mit lake view...lohnt sich kaum, aber bessere Tageslicht. Kein HDMI Kabel, sondern Coaxial, was zu einer schwachen Bildqualität führt, während dem WM war es enttäuschend.

Overall a good place to stay. Breakfast was good. Carpets were a bit dirty in my room.

It’s nice to be right on the waterfront, parking is sometimes hard to find on special occasions (Canada Day). Good to have breakfast every day and be close to restaurants and shops. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

Great location! Nice room

3/10 experience. Upon arrival we had to pay for parking which was a bit unclear on Expedia’s website. (other properties typically say parking available - $22 a day, this property just says parking available) That’s a simple error on my end just helpful for others to know. Despite that paid parking, the next day we had a parking ticket… I took the ticket inside and brought it up to the concierge who seemed very frustrated about the situation. (Same concierge who we checked in with and paid parking with.) I assume from the reaction, parking tickets are very common in the parking lot. The room was mediocre at best. I have lots of photos of gross things we saw just on a brief look around the room. Seemed almost as though they were a “fix it good enough” kind of place, with no solid standards which says a lot. I typically book a hotel with a pool in mind and we stayed during a heat wave (45 degrees) and the entire stay the pool was closed. Now I understand this probably is a rare situation but I wouldn’t have booked with the hotel had I known this. I went to the gym with my partner and only one of the treadmills worked. The equipment didn’t seem to be well maintained or looked after. The garbage was full and I am 100% positive there wasn’t enough traffic yet that day for it to be full. While I’m grateful for a gym, I’m very disappointed in the state of the gym.

Tv was impossible to watch, poor quality. Pool was closed for over a day on the hottest day of the year. Requested a view of lake and got the basement

My room was excellent, well kept, enough toiletries and coffee pods. Breakfast not the greatest but it was OK. There is a bar restaurant attached to the hotel -the Port House, with good foods, great views and excellent service. I couldn't use the pool, it was closed, apparently they had to do a throughout cleaning because too many children the day before... Gross...so good thing I didn't use it. This is excellent choice, good value, right on the Harbour, unbeatable news and location, just 10 min drive from GO train.
