Comfortable room. Excellent service.

upon arrival, went to the room and noticed floating toilet paper in the toilet. My qife took a shower and grabbed a towel from the towel rack and the rack fell off the wall. I told the front desk about the towel rack, and he said he would send maintenace to fix, but never did, oh and he said we wont be charged for a problem we didnt make. Our door lock kept locking itself every time we opened the door, very annoying. Probably wont be staying at this hotel again. Overall, very dated hotel.

I liked the fact that it felt almost like home, pretty spacious… I didn’t like the cleanliness,the bathroom in particular… shower room stayed dirty after every shower(pet peeve)… after I arrived I had staff to clean it and it look liked it was never touched… I did it myself!

Overall decent. TV screen is not very big, could have been better.

Okay location. Kind, friendly help at front desk. Pillows too soft. Bathroom door and wall behind door had hair all over it. It was very gross. Floor in bathroom not clean. Counter in kitchenette felt dirty.

clean and kept. a little dated but comfortable and homey. my only real complaint are the ants that were in my unit. not a real bother but still uncomfortable to know they were there and i had small children with me.

It's clean but could do with a facelift. It's a bit 'tired'. No elevator and it was challenging lugging my suitcase up a steep staircase. Breakfast was really good.
