スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で、英語が苦手な私でも快適に過ごせました。予約制のハマムも最高でした！

立地も良し、従業員もフレンドリーで良いのだけど、部屋の設備は各所にメンテナンスが必要。 今改装中なのかな。　次の滞在に期待。

Gent旧市街の真ん中で、観光に便利です。

バスタブ付きの部屋でなかったことだけが、残念でしたが、あとは素晴らしかったです。

ゲント市内で大きな会議があるとかでゲントリバーホテルから11時前に移ったが、直ぐに部屋に入れるようにしてくれた。感謝‼️

スーペリアルームに宿泊しましたが、部屋の広さ、清潔さ、アメニティのどれをとっても最高でした。ホテルの立地も観光地の中心部であり文句なしです。朝食も非常に美味しく、特にホットチョコレートは何倍も飲んでしまいました。

Great location situated in the center of the city with good access to all the major sights and good restaurants. Nice, friendly staffs. The rooms are kept clean and the view of the city was amazing. Very good breakfast with lots to choose from including drinks. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to spend some time in Ghent.

街の観光の中心となるところに位置しています。トラムの駅も近いですし、周辺にレストランもたくさんあります。 ロビーにゲームがあり子供たちが騒がしいことが、大人の旅として残念ですが、部屋はとても広く、ソファーやテーブルはもちろん、電気コンセントの差し込みも多く、便利で快適に過ごせます。

町の中心部にあり、トラムの駅からも徒歩３分ほどで便利です。ゲント観光やショッピングには絶好の立地です。部屋は裏路地に面していましたが、それなりに雰囲気がありました。ツインの部屋をリクエストしましたが、ダブルのベッドプラスソファーベッドでツインということになっていました。

Clean room, great staff, and perfect location

Been to this hotel a few times over 15 years, sorry to say the rooms are a little tired. My room door door needed slamming to activate the lock. Bit warm and being city centre didn't get a great sleep outside noise and banging doors. Staff fantastic and breakfast and bar really good

I was staying for a meeting and the arrangements for that were very good. Friendly staff, large room, right in the city centre. Pedestrian area at the front but taxis can access. Don't be put off by the decaying Novotel sign, the building has been refurbished.

Very nice staff. Good breakfast and decent bar. Wouldn't stay again as room very noisy with shouting from street until 4am both nights and then the road sweepers started at 8

The overall hotel was fine and it’s in a very good central location, but there were a few issues that made the stay very uncomfortable. The room was extremely overheated even in February to the point where we had the window open constantly for 3 days and the fan on overnight to sleep. I woke up with a migraine after the first night which happens when I get overheated when I sleep which ruined the second day. The pillows were hard and lumpy and the spare soft pillow was like a tissue it was so flat and I also woke up with a sore neck. The shower was lukewarm at best no matter how hot we turned it up. If you like a warm room and hard pillows it might be the hotel for you though!
