4 シングルベッドルームということであったが、２ベッドルームに金属製の２段ベッドを入れた部屋であった。４人には荷物の置き場所にも困るぐらい狭い部屋であった。

ヤマグチ公園に隣接した気持ちの良い立地です。ダウンタウンにも徒歩圏で便利です。シャワーの水勢が弱いこと、またドアがないので外側の床まで濡れてしまうことがやや不満でした。朝食にトマトやキュウリ、レタスなど生野菜がないのが残念でしたが、スイカ、パイナップル、メロンなどの果物やフレッシュオレンジジュースがあったのは良かったです。スタッフも親切で、総合的には満足です。

ビジネスステイでしたが快適に泊まれました。24時間チェックインOKなのもプラスポイント。

Very convenient location if your purpose is an activity in the University of Navarra.

Günstige Unterkunft in Pamplona. Zumindest sonntags ist das Parken kostenlos. Größerer Park liegt direkt an dem Hotel. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt sind es ca. 25 min. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und ein kleiner Schrank steht auch zur Verfügung. Wir hatten ein behindertengerechtes Badezimmer, was sehr groß war. Allerdings ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, so dass man die Nachbarn, die Gäste auf dem Flur und auch die Straße von draußen hört. Das Frühstück entsprach spanischen Maßstäben: viele süße Sachen. Vermisst habe ich z. B. Tomaten, Paprika oder Gurke. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gerade noch in Ordnung. Für eine Nacht ist es ok, längere Aufenthalte würde ich dagegen nicht empfehlen.

Friendly staff, clean room.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable pero la habitación que nos dieron estaba al lado del cuarto de limpieza y el domingo por la mañana hicieron mucho ruido mientras limpiaban. El baño de la habitación era pequeño para 3 personas. No funciono la tv ni el aire acondicionado la última noche. El desayuno es muy completo y esta muy bueno. El hotel está muy cerca de la Clínica Universitaria y hay muchas opciones de restaurantes en la zona.

Hotel en el Parque Yamaguchi. Personal muy amable. Muy cerca de la Clínica Universitaria y la Universidad.

La struttura si trova in periferia ma è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici e in 10 minuti di autobus si arriva in centro, altrimenti si può raggiungere a piedi in circa 30 minuti. Proprio di fronte all'albergo si trova il bellissimo parco Yamaguchi

Room was not especially clean, in fact it looked like someone had sat on the bed before we arrived and we also had to clean the bathroom prior to using as there. Was wee on the toilet seat - not something that you really want to do after walking 28km on the Camino.

Séjour touristique très agréable dans un hôtel au calme avec parc en face. Un très bon accueil, un petit-déjeuner très bon et varié.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very convenient to have a restaurant onsite.

Everything has a new feel to it. From room to dining area to reception - everything is well kept.

The lady at the reception was very helpful and courteous. She assisted us in finding a marvellous restaurant in the old quarters.

Buena cama, ubicación muy tranquila con hermoso parque enfrente.

Todo nos encantó del hotel. Muy amable la persona de recepción y el personal del restaurante durante la cena, q nos recibieron siendo casi las 10 de la noche a punto de cerrar la cocina. Sin embargo, el personal del desayuno fue poco amigable, sería el comentario negativo q pudiera hacer de nuestra estancia.

Sin ajusté de temperatura por habitacion, por lo que si tienes frío o calor no te lo solucionan, si bien en la repetición son adecuados y con vocación de servicio, no se puede decir lo mismo de las camareras del restaurante, cero vocación de servicio y cero simpatía, rozando la mala educación.
