スタッフが丁寧な説明をしてくれたので外国人の私でも分かりやすかった。 部屋のエアコンから異音がしていたのはマイナスですが、海外なら仕方ないかな。

I have always stayed at the Ibis when visit Hull Fair so convenient and just a 5-10 min walk from the transport hub the staff are always welcoming only issue is the air con unit in the room which takes outside temperature readings which meant the room was warm at night but too warm for my liking however opening the window solves that just wished you had more customisability over the room temperature but nonetheless had a great stay and slept well the room was clean and comfortable would recommend

The hotel and room itself was nice... Friendly staff, very clean. I was just confused by the bathroom pod.... Like it was a curved wall.... With a straight door that didn't quite fit the gap, the toilet flush was so loud it woke my partner. Minor things that just stick out in my mind

The room was basic but adequate. Good breakfast and really friendly staff. Pity about the roadworks outside but could not be helped.

Smelly room

This is my go to hotel whenever I'm in Hull. The speed of check-in, the friendliness of ALL the staff: reception, bar, hygiene they are a credit to the place. It's perfectly placed too, just a short walk from the railway station and the marina, close to great shopping areas too, but more importantly it's ideally situated for exploring Old Town.

Clean room it served a purpose.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. They saw I was using a crutch, so gave us a ground floor room. I don't think it was an accessible room though, because there was a step to get into the bathroom.

Was catching an early morning train and hotel was perfect for this purpose. Too early for a breakfast, but as my time of leaving was 6:30am, this was to be expected. No problem recommending the Hull Ibis.

It were what we expected

Great location for what I needed, 5 min walk from train station, to shops and restaurants. Room was a decent size and bed was very comfortable. Staff are friendly and having access to 24 hr snacks and drinks was great for me especially for my first time in hull.

Staff were excellent facilities a bit tired

Property is within walking distance of the train and railway station. A mall is close by for shopping. Staff were very helpful. Room clean and bed comfortable.

It seemed clean and well maintained, staff were friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay there again.

Convenient to train station and shuttle bus but very expensive hotel at £215 for one small double room.

Window wouldn’t shut in the room and it’s on a busy street so noise from outside kept me up. The desk and shelf weren’t secured to the wall so couldn’t put anything on there as would wobble as if about to fall off with even just a mobile phone on. No bin in the room so unable to tidy after myself, hair dryer stunk of burning & no fan, ac or radiator so you have to either freeze or sweat to death depending on temperature. A really basic hotel and not worth £240 per night.
