We were satisfied with the hotel room facilities, but there was an accident. The circuit breaker of our room tripped around 10 pm. Front desk was already closed. I couldn't get through on the phone. The hotel was final accommodation for our trip, so we were so sad.

家族旅行で2泊利用させてもらいました。冷蔵庫がないのは不便でしたが、素敵な内装の可愛いホテルで、近隣にレストランやスーパーやコーヒーショップもたくさんあり、駅からも湖からも近くて良かったです。ベッドのマットレスが厚みがあり床からの高さがあるため落ちないように気をつけて寝る必要がありました。

オペラ座から徒歩２分です。街の中心部で、夜10時すぎでもレストランなどが開いており、安心して歩けます。素敵な内装な部屋で、ホテルの人の対応も良いです。価格は少々高いです。

今回はIRONMANレースへの参戦が目的でした。 観光地へは湖船を使ってのラッパーズウィル、電車で移動のザンクト・ガレン、ユートリベルクなどへ足を伸ばしました。 チューリッヒ湖にとても近く、レンタカーを借りなくても十分に楽しめるロケーションです。 また、スタッフやハウスキーパーの対応も大変好感が持て、旅の拠点としては満点でした。

ホテルの内装はヨーロピアンそのもので素敵ですが、電源が便利な場所になかったり冷蔵庫がない…とか、湯船はリクエストしてもついてこない率高いとか、設備に不便さを感じますが、部屋やホテルスタッフの感じはとっても良いのでゆったりできました。

タオルが固すぎで古びている

出張のため二週間ほど滞在しました。ホテルは可もなく不可もなくといったところです。 チューリッヒは全般にホテルの価格が高めですが、ここは便利な立地の割りにはリーズナブル。今回はシングルルームに滞在しましたが、値段なりの狭さでした。また音が響くので、上階や隣室の宿泊客の質によって滞在の快適さは大きく変わります。

Good location, reasonable price and clean. Rooms are small and compact, for example, my knees touched the shower door when sat on the loo! But for one night, it’s absolutely fine.

旅館只有表面看似弄得漂亮，但房間設計很難用，插頭很少，沒有櫃子，只有設計像是櫃子的木板裝潢，淋浴間在洗手台裡面，得穿過洗手台才能擠進去淋浴間，但地點確實方便，但不會想住第二次

Great staff; clean room; excellent location; room was decent size but even with the window open and fan blowing, was quite warm for mid October. Very firm mattress.
