綺麗 立地もばっちり キッチンありは、食器もあり スタッフ親切、英語話せる 地下鉄も2つのラインの駅が近くにあるので、移動も楽チン バスターミナルへも乗り換えなし！

７連泊した後半の３日間は断水でした。夜間に一時水がでましたが、特に対応はありません。水が出たときにお風呂に水をためてトイレの対応する生活は、ホテル生活ではありませんでした。

地下鉄の駅も歩いて5分ぐらいだし、旧市街にあるので、観光も全て徒歩圏内にあり、大変便利でした。スーパーやレストランも近くにたくさんあり、本当便利でした。 お部屋には、大きめの冷蔵庫や電子レンジもあり、買ってきた惣菜などを温めて食べる事も出来、大変良かったです。朝食も、前日の夜に、部屋まで運んで来てくれるので、自分の好きな時に食べる事が出来、大変良かった。 ホテルのスタッフの方々は、皆フレンドリーで、大変居心地の良いホテルでした。

洗濯機だけが部屋になく共同のランドリーエリアがあるが隣のビルの22階辺りで遠い。。。それ以外は申し分なし。 綺麗なキッチンと道具、バスタブ付きのお風呂。 メゾネットタイプを利用しました。 約20階建てのビル4棟の巨大レジデンスです。

Great location! Most things are reachable on foot, and the staff speaks English. Our duplex apartment in the building next door to the hotel was fine (if you do not expect any cleaning but towels can be changed at the reception.) Unfortunately, the reception refused to take our pre-stamped postcards to the mail. It's quite strange for a hotel to decline such a simple request.

Clean and comfortable. Our first room was a little noisy since this large city is very active during traffic hours. But we asked about the availability of a quieter room and were immediately given a room on the 16th floor, high above traffic and with a terrific view of the Santa Lucia park. The area was excellent with roof top bars, a grocery store and Lastarria district with street vendors and restaurants close by. The old town sites are within an easy walk. Excellent location.

Convenient location

La habitación me encantó, estuve en un loft y me gysto que tuviera dos balcones. Para mí el Internet estuvo bien. Me saco de onda que la cama estuviera en rueditas, cada vez que me movía se movía la cama. La regadera esta un poco pequeña, mido 175 y sentía algo encerradq. Me gusto que justo atras hubiera un mercado y en la esquina un oxxo. Esta muy cerca a varios lugares y pude explorar. Me gustaría regresar algun día

It was a nice stay.

The apartment was a loft with the bedroom being upstairs. The stairs do not have a handrail. There is a fan above the bed which helped circulate the cool air. For two nights this was a comfortable place. The kitchen did not have many utensils if wanting to do a lot of cooking. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too thick for me. Even being on the 8th floor there are was a lot of street noise in the night. This felt like a safe place with 24 hour desk staffing. It's close to a mercado and attractions.

The two floor suite has a big problem with the AC. The cleanliness also could improve, many areas in the apartment were full of dust.

Limpieza , ubicación tienes la plaza de armas de Santiago cerca , también el cerro de Santa Lucía , el museo de bellas artes , la plaza de la modena y la haiatacion que me tocó estaba excelente lo recomiendo ampliamente

Muy buen lugar, lofts cómodos y bien equipados. De viernes a Domingo por $100.000 y con muy buena conectividad y alrededores entretenidos.

La stanza pulita El bagno idem , potresti migliorare l'accoglienza magari lasciando una bottiglia di acqua nel frigo per chi come me arriva tardi e non può uscire per procurarmela . Il personale molto gentile e disponibile... Grazie e ritornerò.
