綺麗 立地もばっちり キッチンありは、食器もあり スタッフ親切、英語話せる 地下鉄も2つのラインの駅が近くにあるので、移動も楽チン バスターミナルへも乗り換えなし！

７連泊した後半の３日間は断水でした。夜間に一時水がでましたが、特に対応はありません。水が出たときにお風呂に水をためてトイレの対応する生活は、ホテル生活ではありませんでした。

地下鉄の駅も歩いて5分ぐらいだし、旧市街にあるので、観光も全て徒歩圏内にあり、大変便利でした。スーパーやレストランも近くにたくさんあり、本当便利でした。 お部屋には、大きめの冷蔵庫や電子レンジもあり、買ってきた惣菜などを温めて食べる事も出来、大変良かったです。朝食も、前日の夜に、部屋まで運んで来てくれるので、自分の好きな時に食べる事が出来、大変良かった。 ホテルのスタッフの方々は、皆フレンドリーで、大変居心地の良いホテルでした。

洗濯機だけが部屋になく共同のランドリーエリアがあるが隣のビルの22階辺りで遠い。。。それ以外は申し分なし。 綺麗なキッチンと道具、バスタブ付きのお風呂。 メゾネットタイプを利用しました。 約20階建てのビル4棟の巨大レジデンスです。

It was a very comfortable stay fir my first overnight stay in Santiago.

A estrutura muito boa o que não gostamos muito foi a cama, e o sofá creio que o proprietário poderia investir melhor nestes itens nas demais acomodações tudo muito bom, atendimento impecável da equipe de recepção.

O hotel tem excelente localização. Conta com estacionamento e a acomodação atende bem uma viagem a turismo. Únicos pontos são a falta de reposição de toalhas, itens de higiene.. Tendo que retirar na recepção, e em um dos momentos, não nos entregaram pois seria feito apenas pela manhã. A falta de arrumação era sabida, mas a reposição poderia acontecer de forma natural.. Por exemplo: Estadias acima de 3 diárias, automaticamente teriam reposição de toalhas e papel higiênico; E a partir disso a cada 2 dias.

A hotel which has everything I needed, located in Downtown core of Santiago. Was generally comfortable. Basic room with full washroom, fridge, microwave , plates etc.. Located very close and walking distance to many historical sites, plus Santa Lucia. Full grocery store about 5 minutes away, plus many small shops and cafes. Perfect for a short visit.

The keys to the room were not working and it required us to go to the reception and request an employee to open everytime that we needed to enter our room. We found that very inconvenient during our stay.

Muy bien servicio, habitaciones cómodas, cerca de puntos importantes y de fácil traslado.

Local com muito bom atendimento e excelente localização para deslocamento facilitado entre os pontos turísticos e de interesse. Atendimento excelente, atencioso e encantador de toda a equipe. Acomodação muito boa e confortável, mas poderia ser um pouco mais valorizada, o colchão já um pouco antigo, muito mole e com afundamentos, e o banheiro com cortinado merecia um box decente.

Great location, walkable to the key tourist sights. I had the loft which was spacious and had a wonderful view overlooking the Andes in the backdrop. The furnishings were a bit old but it didn’t bother us. Fantastic value for money. Very happy with the accommodation. The reception lady of the night shift was very helpful.

Near subway. Comfy bed. Lots of dinning options close by. Decent kitchen but there were no forks and knives, though there was a kitchen knife. The veranda door didn’t close properly and there was a large gap, letting in cold air. It got into the low 30s at night. Maintanance fixed it up but I wish I didn’t have to ask them to fix it. The room was quiet enough for me even though it was facing the street.
