Nice staff! and near supermarket. but breakfast was same box everyday...

綺麗 立地もばっちり キッチンありは、食器もあり スタッフ親切、英語話せる 地下鉄も2つのラインの駅が近くにあるので、移動も楽チン バスターミナルへも乗り換えなし！

７連泊した後半の３日間は断水でした。夜間に一時水がでましたが、特に対応はありません。水が出たときにお風呂に水をためてトイレの対応する生活は、ホテル生活ではありませんでした。

地下鉄の駅も歩いて5分ぐらいだし、旧市街にあるので、観光も全て徒歩圏内にあり、大変便利でした。スーパーやレストランも近くにたくさんあり、本当便利でした。 お部屋には、大きめの冷蔵庫や電子レンジもあり、買ってきた惣菜などを温めて食べる事も出来、大変良かったです。朝食も、前日の夜に、部屋まで運んで来てくれるので、自分の好きな時に食べる事が出来、大変良かった。 ホテルのスタッフの方々は、皆フレンドリーで、大変居心地の良いホテルでした。

洗濯機だけが部屋になく共同のランドリーエリアがあるが隣のビルの22階辺りで遠い。。。それ以外は申し分なし。 綺麗なキッチンと道具、バスタブ付きのお風呂。 メゾネットタイプを利用しました。 約20階建てのビル4棟の巨大レジデンスです。

Equipe de funcionários muito boa, atenciosos, quarto não estava tão limpo, mas o espaço é muito bom e a localização é ótima, perto de tudo.

Excelente acomodação, preço muito bom, tem cozinha, geladeira e outros eletrodomésticos o que nos facilita bastante, boa localização, gostei e se voltar ao Chile retornarei a esse silencioso hotel.

O hotel é simples, porém tem tudo que precisa, limpo, cama boa ,tem cosinha. Deixam um cafe da manhã todos os dias na geladeira. Nada a reclamar desse hotel.

Apto muito bom, boa localização, perto de metrô, supermercado, cafés e restaurantes. Só a limpeza que ficou a desejar. E não tinha nem um pano de pia e nem de chão. Fora isso muito bom.

Muito bom. Quarto limpo e acomodações em ótimo estado, chuveiro bom e funcionando bem, ar condicionado com aquecedor muito bom para manter o quarto aquecido. Não possui café da manhã porém diariamente o hotel fornece algumas cortesias na geladeira como sanduíches, iogurtes, leite e itens para preparação de café ou chá.

Loved the duplex distribution. A chair is needed in the bedroom, upstairs. Nice and quiet. Good location. Although the place is in the downtown area, there is no problem arriving or moving around. Next to the beautiful Santa Lucía hill. Anything needed is just a few steps away. Highly recommended.

O apartamento estava super limpo, com todos os informes dentro menos a máquina de café expresso que ficaram de colocar no segundo dia mas eu acabei desistindo de pedir. Ótima localização, indico muito o local.

The property is situated close to Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, Parque Forestal, Casa de la Moneda, Plaza de Armas, l was very pleased with my stay, they were very accommodating, brought snacks while there, l was extremely cold the first night but l survived. Plenty of restaurants, shopping center, but the neighborhood is a bit shady with homeless right outside the same block. I checked out yesterday, erroneously booked until the 25th, asked for a refund and was diverted to ask “Booking”. I am pretty sure booking may brush me off, l has requested a flight for the 25th but somehow it was for the 24th. The room is spacious, good size bathroom with tub, although there was no plug to use it, a functional kitchen, refrigerator and utensils and dishes. A nice place to stay! The room was perfect, great price, great view from the 21st floor.

Great location! Most things are reachable on foot, and the staff speaks English. Our duplex apartment in the building next door to the hotel was fine (if you do not expect any cleaning but towels can be changed at the reception.) Unfortunately, the reception refused to take our pre-stamped postcards to the mail. It's quite strange for a hotel to decline such a simple request.

Clean and comfortable. Our first room was a little noisy since this large city is very active during traffic hours. But we asked about the availability of a quieter room and were immediately given a room on the 16th floor, high above traffic and with a terrific view of the Santa Lucia park. The area was excellent with roof top bars, a grocery store and Lastarria district with street vendors and restaurants close by. The old town sites are within an easy walk. Excellent location.
