エレベーターに、アインシュタインが訪問したとの記録がありましたが、100年以上の歴史を誇る格調高い美しいホテルです。「世界2位の経済大国」と言われた当時のアルゼンチンの栄華が偲ばれます。朝食会場のレストランも豪華な雰囲気で心が躍りました。スタッフも親切で感じが良いです。 空港からTiendaLeonのバスに乗って、Pellegrini Terminalで降り、そこから歩いて来ました。メトロでもいいですが、歩いても思ったより遠くなかったです。

部屋の掃除をいちいちスペイン語で依頼しないとやってもらえなかった。オペレーションが悪い。 食事がしょぼい。 スタッフは親切だった。

素晴らしいスタッフと美しいインテリアのホテル。又ブエノスアイレスに行く時には、滞在したいと思います。

Although I arrived in the morning, the front man let me early check in. It was very nice because I was so tired of long flight. The breakfast was nice. House keeping was so hygienic and laundry service was perfect.

メトロのアクセスもよく部屋もとても綺麗。 スタッフのサービスもよかった。 朝食のバリエーションも豊富。

とても高級感があり、この質にしては安く泊まれたなと満足しています。 夜にタンゴを見にいきたいという相談を受付でした時も予約対応をしっかり行ってくれました。 ホテル自体は少し年季が感じられる部分もありますが清潔で問題ありません。

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff! The breakfast was also bountiful & delicious.

The gorgeous public spaces were glorious. What a wonderful baroque era hotel. Having a drink at the bar was just delightful. Ample, nice breakfast buffet. My room was very clean and very comfortable. Love the robe! Great location. Only recommendation would be to upgrade slippers to cotton instead of synthetic product.

The room was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a pleasant stay. However, it was unfortunate that there was no iron or ironing board available, which would have made it easier to press my clothes and ensure they looked neat.

Visiting from NY. Very impressed with the Savoy. Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. Hotel was walking distance from everything. If needed, Ubers and taxis readily available. Many restaurants and sights within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was a variety of hit and cold items. Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping servir daily. Hotel decor was lovely annd French/Euro style. And we were surprised to see that Eva Perón and Albert Einstein were once guests here.

O hotel é maravilhoso, excelente. O café da manhã muito bom, tudo perfeito. Só faltou uma piscina porque Buenos Aires estava muito quente e um piscina para o tamanho do hotel seria ótimo. Mas, adoramos tudo. Quarto espaçoso, recepção gentil. Tudo maravilhoso. Localização boa também.

Positive: Beautiful, old building and decor. Good location. Attentive staff. Clean facility. Negative: Upon arrival, the room had an overpowering, unpleasant air freshener odor, that lingered for several days. Breakfast had decent variety, but food was not tasty. Both cold cuts and cooked sausages were low quality and had almost a chemical-like taste (preservatives?)

Room was upgraded to a beautiful corner suite. Free breakfast was a bonus
