エレベーターに、アインシュタインが訪問したとの記録がありましたが、100年以上の歴史を誇る格調高い美しいホテルです。「世界2位の経済大国」と言われた当時のアルゼンチンの栄華が偲ばれます。朝食会場のレストランも豪華な雰囲気で心が躍りました。スタッフも親切で感じが良いです。 空港からTiendaLeonのバスに乗って、Pellegrini Terminalで降り、そこから歩いて来ました。メトロでもいいですが、歩いても思ったより遠くなかったです。

部屋の掃除をいちいちスペイン語で依頼しないとやってもらえなかった。オペレーションが悪い。 食事がしょぼい。 スタッフは親切だった。

素晴らしいスタッフと美しいインテリアのホテル。又ブエノスアイレスに行く時には、滞在したいと思います。

Although I arrived in the morning, the front man let me early check in. It was very nice because I was so tired of long flight. The breakfast was nice. House keeping was so hygienic and laundry service was perfect.

メトロのアクセスもよく部屋もとても綺麗。 スタッフのサービスもよかった。 朝食のバリエーションも豊富。

Hôtel d'époque, Très bon déjeuner avons changé de chambre pour une plus grande mais il n'y avait aucune prise de courant libre pour recharger nos cellulaires (seulement 2 prises de courant près de l'évier de l'espace salle de bain ! )

Great room but would have liked a few more amenities.

La colazione e' buona ma non eccellente. Non si preparano omelette ma solo uova strapazzate nel classico vassoio scaldavivande. L'albergo ha una storia interessante e si vede.. Il personale e' gentile.

Javier at the front desk was extremely helpful and an asset to the hotel.

Hotel was is a great location. Centrally located downtown to lots of public areas and restaurants. The rooms were clean and quiet, which i especially appreciated being downtown in the city.

Although our suite was beautiful and spacious, the breakfast was the worst we had in a month being in Buenos Aires. With scrambled eggs swimming in water, terrible protein options, and almost no fruit, it was easily the worst in the city, and we paid extra for breakfast, it wasn't an automatic cheap "free" breakfast. just terrible

Petit-déjeuner décevant, sinon très chouette hôtel!

La habitación estaba descuidada del piso, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba suficiente, la vista desde la habitación era a la parte trasera de edificios viejos y descuidados. El hotel en general está bien, pero la zona está fea, sucia y no se siente segura sobretodo en la noche.

In total was ok. The biggest surprise was that our room had almost NO windows (only a very small opening) in an unpleasant inner courtyard.

We stayed here for a short trip to Buenos Aires. Our flight arrived early in the morning and the front desk agent was extremely wonderful and allowed us into our room early so we could rest/shower after 24+ hours of travelling. The staff in the lobby bar was also very wonderful and kind to us. It is a beautiful property, from the lobby, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the stairs, to the rooms. We found the location to be great, along a major avenue, close to National Congress, and walkable to many other areas of the city. They were also able to arrange an very reasonable rate for a Tango show and dinner, with transportation included.
