以前1ブロック先の別の四つ星ホテルに泊まったので今回こちらにしてみたのですが、一言で言うと残念でした。というのも、広くて清潔なのですが、何もないのです！！ 手洗い石鹸はかろうじてあったのですがエコ仕様なのか全く泡立たず、石鹸置きもなく。Expediaの写真にあった別添えのシャンプー類もなく、ポットやコップ、お茶やお水ももちろんなく、極め付けは夏だったからかベッドがシーツのみで寒すぎました。朝食も簡素です。広くて綺麗で立地がいいくらいかな。

駅バスセンターからのアクセスが悪い。少なくてもスペイン広場までの直通バスは運行すべきでは。

朝食がついていなかったので、頼みました。1日につき14ユーロは高いと思います。しかし、近辺に朝7時から食事できるお店はないので仕方ないです。あるのはコーヒーと甘いパンくらいです。朝食付きプランをお勧めします。

The breakfast was not up to the usual high Spanish standard … cold cooked eggs, limited foods and juices, and slow replenishment at busy times.

Le petit déjeuner très complet et approvisionné de façon régulière. Il ne manque de rien.

C'est la troisième fois que nous venons dans cette hôtel, idéalement situé en plein cœur de Saragosse, à proximité de l'incontournable Basilique Del Pilar, des commerces, des nombreux bars et restaurants de cette magnifique ville. Comme toujours, la chambre est de très bon niveau, la salle de bain de très bonne taille, et le ménage est soigné. Merci, nous reviendrons

Staff very friendly location very convenient

Breakfast was wonderful and parking our car was a breeze, the hotel explained snd made the parking easy! Beautiful hotel and a great location to all tbe sights.

Very nice room and very clean. Parking was good once we found it.

Room and bathroom were especially spacious. We will definitely stay there again.

Todo muy bien solo no me gustaron dos cosas la habitación súper caliente tenía puesto la calefacción vamos yo entiendo que había frío pero no todos los clientes queremos calefacción en la habitación para poder dormir tuvimos que dejar la ventana abierta sino era imposible y otra cosa no ponen ni agua en el mini libre de costo entiendo que la cerveza y refrescos está bien cobrarlas pero el agua debería ser gratis esos dos puntos fueron los únicos que no me gustaron en cuanto a lo demás perfecto las chicas del lobby súper amables el restaurante súper bien el desayuno muy bueno y la atención igual gracias

Well, since it’s the beginning of April in Zaragoza, the hotel decided it wasn’t necessary to turn the air conditioning on. The whole hotel was hot. With temperatures reaching in the high 80’s it was miserable in the room. The windows open wide but with the noise for the street you couldn’t hear yourself talking. The hotel in itself is great, but what a disappointment not to cater towards your guests.

Clean Room. Basic shampoo and conditioner. Bar Soap. There are no tea or coffee brewing supplies in the room. There is no iron/board. This is a very basic room.
