以前1ブロック先の別の四つ星ホテルに泊まったので今回こちらにしてみたのですが、一言で言うと残念でした。というのも、広くて清潔なのですが、何もないのです！！ 手洗い石鹸はかろうじてあったのですがエコ仕様なのか全く泡立たず、石鹸置きもなく。Expediaの写真にあった別添えのシャンプー類もなく、ポットやコップ、お茶やお水ももちろんなく、極め付けは夏だったからかベッドがシーツのみで寒すぎました。朝食も簡素です。広くて綺麗で立地がいいくらいかな。

駅バスセンターからのアクセスが悪い。少なくてもスペイン広場までの直通バスは運行すべきでは。

朝食がついていなかったので、頼みました。1日につき14ユーロは高いと思います。しかし、近辺に朝7時から食事できるお店はないので仕方ないです。あるのはコーヒーと甘いパンくらいです。朝食付きプランをお勧めします。

Todo muy bien desde que llegas a recepción es rápido y personal muy amable. Es un hotel para lo que es un hotel Dormr, limpio y buen servicio. Nos recomendaron restaurantes excelentes.

I’m a big fan of Zaragoza anyway but first time at this Hotel. Knew location well, first class.

Puntos a favor: habitaciones amplias; no tiene suelo de moqueta, tiene suelo de madera; no tiene mantas, tiene edredón nórdico; escritorio amplio; habitaciones muy amplias; luz natural. Puntos en contra: Ninguno

Hotellet lå veldig sentralt, rett ved gamlebyen. Grei frokost, men hadde håpet at et 4 stjernes hotell tilbød grønnsaker til frokosten - spes tomat og agurk.

Muy bien situado, cerca de los puntos de interés de la ciudad, repetiremos seguro!!!
