A room is old. The maintenance is highly necessary.

設備が古く、シャワーの排水が悪い。 部屋を代えてくれたが、今度はドアノブ不良。 代えてもらった部屋もシャワー排水不良。 フロントのスタッフさんの対応も誠実さを感じられなかった。

インドからの団体が多くうるさかった。

ヴィチェンツァの中心街からだいぶ離れています。地図上では駅からほぼ直線なのですが、ホテルの通りの名前とは異なるので道を間違えたと思って引き返したら、途中で通りの名前が変わることが地元の人に聞いて判明しました。このサイトの地図もわかりにくいです。ホテルは4つ星とは思えないほどアメニティがシンプル。廊下の音がやたらと響き、何部屋も先の部屋のノックを自分の部屋かと間違えるほどです。ヴィチェンツァに一泊するだけだったので、街の中心にあるホテルを選ぶべきでした。地味な幹線道路沿いのホテルで、団体ツアー客向けといった風情です。朝食だけは非常によいと思いました。

ホテルのスタッフの対応と部屋の状態はとても良い。朝食はビュッフェ形式で、乳製品、ハム、果物がいろいろある。観光に来た場合、観光地と駅からともに徒歩15分くらいと、タクシーやバスに乗るには微妙な距離なので、歩くのが嫌いな人には向かないかもしない。

駅前から少し歩くものの、四つ星だけあって設備、サービスともにしっかりしたホテルでした。中心部でなくても良いなら、十分選択肢となるホテルでした。

VicenzaOroで宿泊しました、このホテルは今回2度目の滞在でした。部屋は綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。

ジュニアスイートなのにシャワーしかないのには驚いた

部屋が広い、価格は安い。レストランもそこそこ。価格からすればコストパホーマンスは高い。

The breakfast is the same every day. Bored

They advertise A/C however it was turned off for the remainder of the cold season even though it was in the high 80’s and the room had no ventilation. They seemed to be able to turn on the ventilation in one room that had a plumbing leak and when moved to other room it could not be turned on. This is like saying “ we stop selling umbrellas at the end of September” then you have storms with days of rain but no umbrellas!! We were miserable!

Overall for the price the property was fine, it however is starting to show some wear and tear in areas.

Hotel de La Ville is a useful place to stay when visiting Vicenza with a car. The rooms are everything you would expect and the breakfast buffet was good, including a good selection of fruit. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the city gate of Vicenza.

Accoglienza non particolarmente gradevole, sia per il modo di fare della persona alla reception, sia per il parcheggio interno al quale sono stato indirizzato, che presentava delle parti allagate da scoli fognari (anche a giudicare dall’odore nauseante). Le camere necessitano di una manutenzione straordinaria urgente. Le pareti sono segnate, porte ammaccate, tende danneggiate, suppellettili macchiati, ecc. due note positive: la pulizia delle camere effettuata a regola d’arte e la colazione, di qualità e varietà superiore al prezzo richiesto. La zona è comoda da raggiungere dall’autostrada ma non ben frequentata.
