正直なところ部屋が狭いと感じたが、日本のビジネスホテルに慣れているので気にならなかった。部屋に備え付けの冷蔵庫があまり冷えないという点は気になった。可能であればウォシュレットが付いている方が良い。 To be honest, I felt the room was small, but I didn't mind it as I am accustomed to Japanese business hotels. One thing I noticed was that the refrigerator in the room didn't cool very well. If possible, it would be better to have a washlet installed.

All equipments are new and clean. The room was small, but it was enough for a business purpose. The staff's services were also great.

Hab ein sehr kleines Zimmer im 5. Stock bekommen. Der Aufzug fuhr nur bis zum 4. Nicht schlimm. Weniger schön war, dass die Heizung nicht entlüftet und somit kalt war und die Deckenlampe selbst dieses 6qm Zimmer nicht erhellt hat. Der kleine Fernseher war eine Zumutung. Frühstück sehr gut. Kaffee wurde nach Wunsch und auch mehrmals gebracht.

Ruhiges Zimmer, in dem man alles hat, was man braucht sowie ein freundliches, sympathisches und hilfsbereites Team. Vielen Dank für alles, ich komme gern irgendwann wieder!

Nice apartment - could do with a refresh on the condition of the suite but clean and good value. Very nice host. Walkable to Aachen Dom & old city. Plenty of good restaurants in town and great breakfast spots nearby. Very close to the thermal baths. Overall 8.5 out of 10.

A bit of a walk from the train station, but only 10-15 mins to the center. I stayed in a single room right behind reception and the dining area, surprisingly quiet despite the location and being near the road. One receptionist was super chatty with other guests, so I had to wait a bit to get my luggage back. Room had a fridge, but I wish there was a kettle too. Overall, decent stay.

Kleine Zimmer aber alles da , sauber und ordentlich! Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielseitig und lecker! Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit! Hotel gut erreichbar mit dem Bus vom Hauptbahnhof, Altstadt fussläufig gut zu erreichen! Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Einfaches, sauberes Hotel zu einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Gotel in unmittelbarer Lage zur City. Einfach Gut.

War alles sehr sauber und das Frühstück war für den Preis super. Die Lage ist auch perfekt.

C’était très de base, mais propre et parfait pour passer 24h à Aix-la-Chapelle. Le déjeuner était également excellent.

Gut war: Sauber, Gut gelegen, modernes Bad, schneller und gründlicher Reinigungsservice. Nicht so gut war: Etwas Hellhörig

Convenient and quiet despite being sited at a busy road junction - the double glazing is that good. Friendly and well priced.
