シャワー付きを予約しましたが、風呂付きの部屋に変えてくれました。 しかしその部屋のテレビ、冷蔵庫が使用できずスタッフに言ったところ、またすぐ部屋を変えてくれました。（風呂付き） 清潔感はあります。ただ設備の不備があるかもしれません。

シャワー室の仕切りを改善して欲しい。シャワーの水が外に出て濡れた。

ホテルから街の中心クロクハイス広場まで徒歩で15分、ハーレムセントラル駅まで徒歩25分くらいで、その間の道はショッピング街やスーパー、カフェなどが多く歩いてハーレムの街を楽しめます。 また2つのバス停が近くにありハーレム駅までは10分ぐらいです。バスの乗り方を理解すれば、ホテルから中心街や郊外へと移動ができる割合便利な立地です。 ホテルのスタッフは気さくな対応で部屋もきれいでした。道を挟んだ向かい側が公園でとても静かです。カフェも付属していて太陽好きなオランダのホテルらしく、オープンエアの席で昼間からビールを飲んでいる人も多くいました。 私達が宿泊した時期にはちょうど花祭りの日があって、ホテル近くの運河沿いを多くの花車がパレードしていてとても綺麗でした。 注意点は道沿いのカフェは以外と早く閉まるので（多分夏時間制になっている）、夕食の時間は早めに予定しておいた方がいいと思います。 ホテルから中心広場までの間にはチーズ屋さんが数件有り、そこではチーズをつまみにワインが飲めます。そこで気に入ったチーズを切り売りして真空包装にしてもらいお土産にしました。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。街中にも近くて便利でした。 このホテルを検索した時点で、無料の駐車場を条件に入れました。 地下の駐車場に車を置きまして、一泊後、チエックアウトするときに１７ユーロを取られました。レセプトで無料のはずだといいましたら、徒歩15分の駐車場は無料だと言われました。レセプトのおじさんの態度が偉そうで最後に嫌な気持ちにさせられました。 それ以外は良かったです。 ホテルズドットコムの検索機能は、なんなのか？と感じました。

すばらしいホテルでした。設備等は古いが、清掃が行き届いており、部屋も広く、快適でした。 無料のWi-Fiもあり、助かりました。唯一、空調スイッチがわかりにくかったことが残念でした。

Wonderful hotel. Great location next to hub of buses going into Haarlem Central and Hoofdorp and easy access to Amsterdam. Very quiet yet 10 minute walk into centre of historic Haarlem. Great restaurant nearby Pip. Would suggest small drying rack above luggage shelf for travellers.

Room was clean and staff was efficient. Our room was a bit dark (not enough lights and d lights). Decor of the hotel was OK. But good location near food and shopping.

Excellent hotel, well located, and Haarlem is well worth staying in for a few days. Definitely beats the crowds of Amsterdam.

Fijn hotel nabij centrum Haarlem. Fijne kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Jammer dat parkeren zo duur is.

I was checked in early and had breakfast. The staff was attentive and most helpful. Loved my room.

Bed was not too comfortable. Unable to maintain normal temperature…got too hot

Spacious and well equipped bedroom. We had a balcony room with nice views over the neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast buffet and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated in a very upmarket part of Harleem with a bus stop right by the hotel, as we travelled to the station most days for the train ride to Amsterdam. Overall a lovely 4 night stay.

The hotel was very clean, the bed comfortable. The location was fine with a bus around the corner to the train station. We asked for 2 quiet rooms in the basic room category. They had one room that was quiet but said we would have to upgrade to get a quiet room. They gave a discount but it was still annoying after booking far in advance. The front desk personnel were fine but not overly helpful. The communication between us and the staff was not great. They thought we were going to change rooms but no one told us. It wasn’t that big of a deal so I would still stay there again. Haarlem was a great choice…very charming and walkable and less touristy than Amsterdam .

The Carleton square Hotel in Haarlem, NL is an excellent place to stay. Within walking distance of the town center even for seniors with mobility issues. Very clean and comfortable. The elevator was a must. Most importantly the staff are warm, friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant is excellent. We definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed the hotel A little far from the main station but buses to the station are right outside and to the middle Of town is close by and a very nice restaurant on the property I would stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel just 20 minutes from Amsterdam! The design is absolutely beautiful—stylish, modern, and thoughtfully done throughout. The location is perfect, offering easy access to the city while being tucked into a quieter, more relaxed setting. The on-site restaurant was a highlight—both stunning and delicious, with a great atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, making everything feel smooth and welcoming. The surrounding town feels like a charming miniature version of Amsterdam, but with even better value. It’s safe, quiet, and full of great restaurant options. We loved every moment and would happily return!
