シャワー付きを予約しましたが、風呂付きの部屋に変えてくれました。 しかしその部屋のテレビ、冷蔵庫が使用できずスタッフに言ったところ、またすぐ部屋を変えてくれました。（風呂付き） 清潔感はあります。ただ設備の不備があるかもしれません。

ホテルから街の中心クロクハイス広場まで徒歩で15分、ハーレムセントラル駅まで徒歩25分くらいで、その間の道はショッピング街やスーパー、カフェなどが多く歩いてハーレムの街を楽しめます。 また2つのバス停が近くにありハーレム駅までは10分ぐらいです。バスの乗り方を理解すれば、ホテルから中心街や郊外へと移動ができる割合便利な立地です。 ホテルのスタッフは気さくな対応で部屋もきれいでした。道を挟んだ向かい側が公園でとても静かです。カフェも付属していて太陽好きなオランダのホテルらしく、オープンエアの席で昼間からビールを飲んでいる人も多くいました。 私達が宿泊した時期にはちょうど花祭りの日があって、ホテル近くの運河沿いを多くの花車がパレードしていてとても綺麗でした。 注意点は道沿いのカフェは以外と早く閉まるので（多分夏時間制になっている）、夕食の時間は早めに予定しておいた方がいいと思います。 ホテルから中心広場までの間にはチーズ屋さんが数件有り、そこではチーズをつまみにワインが飲めます。そこで気に入ったチーズを切り売りして真空包装にしてもらいお土産にしました。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。街中にも近くて便利でした。 このホテルを検索した時点で、無料の駐車場を条件に入れました。 地下の駐車場に車を置きまして、一泊後、チエックアウトするときに１７ユーロを取られました。レセプトで無料のはずだといいましたら、徒歩15分の駐車場は無料だと言われました。レセプトのおじさんの態度が偉そうで最後に嫌な気持ちにさせられました。 それ以外は良かったです。 ホテルズドットコムの検索機能は、なんなのか？と感じました。

すばらしいホテルでした。設備等は古いが、清掃が行き届いており、部屋も広く、快適でした。 無料のWi-Fiもあり、助かりました。唯一、空調スイッチがわかりにくかったことが残念でした。

Stayed with my husband and teenage son. Booked a deluxe room with park view and it was spacious enough for us all. Mini bar included. We had dinner a couple of times in the Zocher restaurant attached. Food was great and staff were helpful and friendly. Only had breakfast on one of the mornings during a week’s stay. Again, staff really pleasant and helpful. I’m a bit sorry I didn’t try butter and chocolate sprinkles on my bread. Hotel is close to bus stops and within easy reach of shopping, as well as Haarlem’s plethora of places to eat and drink. I would definitely recommend!

A wonderful hotel: quiet with excellent rooms and staff that are very welcoming. Ignore the poor reviews - some people simply don't know what they want! A truly great stay close to all amenities. Not a 5 - star rated hotel, but it is!

This hotel did not vibe with me. It felt too pretentious on arrival and hence ruined my Friday night. After making the mistake of not sitting down at a table for breakfast to order coffee the first morning, no one would take my order for this and an omelette that the table menu offered the second morning.

The hotel had a lovely lobby, the restaurant was great, they gave you free drinks in the restaurant if you didn't want your room cleaned. The location was great, east walk to the centre of town and groceries and also right across from a lovely walking park. Very quiet and beds were great.

The hotel is very nice. Clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is a little walk from the sites. However, nothing is actually a far walk.

The location is great. However, the building is a bit old. In the pictures, it looks much newer than it actually is.

Schone kamer, goed bed, vriendelijk personeel. Douchen in bad was een beetje krap, dat wel. En als de bar tot middernacht open is, zou een hapje na 22.00uur welkom zijn. Maar verder, helemaal top.

O hotel tem uma localização privilegiada, para poder desfrutar e andar com tranquilidade na cidade. As instalações são boas, o atendimento dos atendentes foi sempre cordial e prestativo. O café da manhã foi excelente, com muitas opções típicas de comida local. Recomendamos o hotel com certeza.

Wonderful hotel. Great location next to hub of buses going into Haarlem Central and Hoofdorp and easy access to Amsterdam. Very quiet yet 10 minute walk into centre of historic Haarlem. Great restaurant nearby Pip. Would suggest small drying rack above luggage shelf for travellers.

Room was clean and staff was efficient. Our room was a bit dark (not enough lights and d lights). Decor of the hotel was OK. But good location near food and shopping.

Terrific!

Excellent hotel, well located, and Haarlem is well worth staying in for a few days. Definitely beats the crowds of Amsterdam.
