The pool charges you a fee of €20 per hour, when you arrive they don't mention the city taxes, the rooftop if you don't have a reservation for guests there is no priority for dinner

Absolutely phenomenal hotel in a fantastic location. We were kindly upgraded and the room had a balcony overlooking the marina and it was stunning! The water refill station was a god send in the heatwave! You must make sure to have drinks on the roof terrace. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Stayed in room only basis at hotel for a couple of nights. Well placed just off marina. Were upgraded to a partial sea view room which was a bonus. Rooftop bar/restaurant was lovely on evening (we just had drinks). Pool was misleading - no mention of €20 per person per day charge … except before 10am and after 8pm when no sun on pool area. Getting to pool was a bit of a trek heading down to reception, along a maze of corridors before eventually finding a lift to pool reception. There was also no mention of the construction work opposite the hotel (large crane, etc at front of marina). Nice hotel but we felt a little disappointed va expectations.

Pool is in the spa area and no alcohol or food available. However, overall experience 5 stars.

Our room had the view of an alley, a charming alley, but still. We were woken up each morning at around 5 because of the trash pick up and grocery delivery. The breakfast was stale and boring and the coffee maschine had a long line.

Nice room and staff were helpful Too bad you couldn’t enjoy the rooftop except when breakfast or the bar were open We didn’t want to pay 35 E for breakfast and had drinks earlier with our dinner so no rooftop for us

Excelente estancia, gran ubicacion, habitaciones muy comodas y lo mejor el personal. Viajamos con mi bebe y el personal siempre estuvo pendiente de ayudarnos con lo que necesitaramos ademas de ser super amables. Estefano de front desk y Ben , 10/10. Nos vemos el proximo año!

Modern room, comfortable bed, great marina/bay views.

The hotel is in a perfect location, everything is within easy walking distance (beach, harbor, castle, main square, restaurants and castles). Breakfast and dinner at Marea restaurant are impeccable and delicious, the restaurant manager, Girish Gambhir, is very kind and professional.

Can’t fault anything really. Excellent customer service at the desk, hotel location and condition really fantastic.
