コージーで良かった

格式あるとても素晴らしいホテルです。

今回は翌日に開催される自転車レースのための宿泊でしたが、もったいないほどの宿でした。古城のような佇まい。おいしい食事。素晴らしい体験ができました。プライスレスな思い出です。

ロードバイクの大会で利用。シングルだったのでリーズナブルな価格の部屋に宿泊。シャワーだけなのは残念だけど、価格からすると止むなしかな？建物と佇まいが重厚で、丁度日本でいう披露宴みたいなものもやるぐらいです。

Positives:- lovely location , nice breakfast , lovely pool area , well maintained gardens Negatives - a little faded , rooms in need of an update No in room tea/coffee making facilities Paper cups instead of glassware, who would have anything from the mini bar in a paper cup Shampoo but no conditioner Poor shower

Make sure to bring your own electrical and water supply... Don't think you are being singled out with awful attitude of the staff they hate everyone equally. Opening and closing times for bars and such are just suggestive when they feel like it. Hitting the Italian customer service international perception to the highest marks.

Sehr schöner Pool, Frühstück war sehr gut, die Karte für das Abendessen war sehr Fisch lastig, es wurde uns für die Nachbestellung von etwas Gemüse 15 € in Rechnung gestellt. Insgesamt aber einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Very nice poolarea and great placement in the city

Quel jolie surprise que cet hôtel de 1913 perdue sur les hauteurs dans un joli parc boisée et ombragé. On replonge dans le début du XXe siècle. Tout est resté intact. De grands espaces. De long couloirs. Des décors magnifiques. Tout ça, avec le modernisme d’aujourd’hui ! chambres minimalistes mais très spacieuses. Bonne literie . vue imprenable sur Varèse ou le lac . Très grande salle de bain à l’italienne.! avec une robinetterie qui date un peu. Mais c’est là tout le charme. Bon petit déjeuner pris dans un restaurant panoramique. Le dîner du soir est excellent servi au restaurant ou dans les jardins quand le temps le permet.. une très jolie piscine avec tout le confort, accompagnée d’un jacuzzi. Un joli équipement de fauteuils par-ci par-là dans le parc pour la lecture, le repos. Et un bar qui sert de très bons, en-cas, tout au long de la journée, le tout, avec un personnel, souriant, sympathique et très discret. Bref si vous cherchez un endroit calme, reposant et discret avec un haut standing, alors vous êtes au bon endroit !!! Le petit plus : une Navette quatre fois par jour qui vous dépose de l’hôtel au centre-ville À améliorer : un personnel qui soit vraiment polyglotte….même si Cela ne m’a pas vraiment dérangée

Et flott hotel som det er på tide å pusse opp. Her er det slitt , doer som renner , kraner som drypper , tepper som er slitt i frokostsal. Og man må være obs på veldig lytte rom !!

We stayed at Palace Grand Hotel Varese for one night and had a wonderful experience. The highlight of our stay was the incredible service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, the massage treatment was excellent, and the pool area was a great place to relax. The hotel has a charming old-school elegance that creates a unique atmosphere, and the views from the property are simply amazing. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection and quality offerings to start the day. What impressed us most was the excellent value for money. Considering the quality of the accommodations, facilities, service, and overall experience, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would happily return and highly recommend Palace Grand Hotel Varese to anyone visiting the area.

What starts badly ends badly. The reception staff were quite rude, and the duty manager, Carolina, is unpleasant. My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!

The Bath Roms are a Little antique. Television stations only in Italian ! No german, no English no international! Why that? FXBachmann
