田舎のノンビリしたスタッフみたいでした、都会の機械的なものを要求するのは無理かもしれませんが小さな街の良さでもあるかと思います。

駅の近くで便利。

バーやラウンジがゆったりしていて、よかったです。廊下の歴史を感じさせる写真や絵もいいですね。ただ、その日は外がすごく寒かったせいか、部屋の中も、スチームを最大にしても少し寒く感じられました。

ストークオントレント駅の本当に目の前で，近すぎて逆に迷うほどでした。 ホテルの部屋は清潔で広くて満足でしたが，バスルームがユニットバス風で，かつシャワーがいわゆるレインシャワー・オーバーヘッドシャワーで使い勝手はあまり良くなかったです。洗いたいところにシャワーが当たらないという感じで。

I visited Stoke on trent to watch a football game.This hotel is located right in front of Stoke on trent station. 15-20minutes walk takes you to Hanley bus station. 30-40minutes walk also takes you to the stadium.I think there is no problem with the location. The atomosphere of this hotel is perfect, the room is very clean, very comfortable beds, people who work for this hotel are nice. You can relax and have a great time in there. If you have not found the hotel you stay, you should stay at this hotel. The accommodation fee is reasonable.

車で行ったが駅のすぐそばで便利そうだった。 部屋は古いが状態はいい。広くてバスタブもあったが、水周りはいまいち。 朝食は生野菜がない以外は充実していて満足。

朝食がついてないのが残念です。窓から駅舎が見えたので、景観を楽しみました。

WIFIも使え、ビールの飲めるパブもあるし、夕飯も食べ放題。駅の目の前。元高級ホテルだっただけに、格式のある感じでなのに、値段が安い。ストークシティの試合見に行くのにお勧めです。

宿泊したのが週末ということもあったのですが、１日に結婚式の披露宴が２つもあったため、深夜まで相当な騒音でした（ただし、レセンプションの場所に、今日は披露宴があります。２４時までは大きな音を許してくださいという告知がありました）。 しかし、フロントスタッフは帰ってきた時、顔を見ただけで鍵を手渡してくれたり、相談にのってくれたり、と大変感じが良かったです。 また、駅前なので、荷物がすぐにおけて便利でした。 しかし町の中心にはバスを利用しなくてはいけないし、周辺にはあまり飲食店や繁華街もないので買出しに行くにも不便です。

最初の日は部屋がないということで、ニューキャッスルのホテルまでタクシーで送ってくれました。クオリティインだったと思いますが、広くてよい部屋でした。あとはこのホテルを起点をして動きました。小さなツインでしたがこぎれいでした。冷房がなかったので少しあつかったのでよる窓を開けて寝ました。ストークオントレントの駅の真ん前なので、マンチェスターやバーミンガムそして子どもの大学のキールの卒業式などアクセスがとても便利でした。ただ従業員がいないらしく食堂は片付けが間に合わなくて雑然としていましたし、朝も夜もビュッフェ形式なのに食事はなかなか足してくれず、食べるものがあまりありませんでした。団体が入っていてとても込んでいたからかもしれませんが、ちょっとひどいという感じでした。前は３人だったので部屋も広かったのですが、今回は普通でした。シャワーも新しかったのですが取り付け式だったのとお湯の出が悪かったので今ひとつでした。こぎれいな感じですし、フロントも感じは良いのですが．食堂をなんとかしてください。

Would defo recommend this hotel to stay small rooms but super clean and breakfast was superb all staff where very helpful.

This hotel has no air conditioning, which made my room like a sauna, the shower was really weak, they also charge for parking. The breakfast was decent, as we're the staff. Overall a dated building that has had a bit of a makeover, but no air conditioning on a hot day/night I would not stay here.

Amazing value for money location was perfect, and hotel was lovely

If you are travelling to Stoke by train then this is the ideal place to stay, as it is directly opposite the main entrance to the station. The hotel itself has a lovely homely atmosphere to it and with very affordable rates.

I didn’t walk around, just need to be close to the train station which is across the street

Renovated to a high standard, right opposite the train station and a stunning art deco building. What’s not to like!

Freezing no heating staff very unhelpful

The room was relatively clean, the staff were really helpful, especially with guidance on how to access the hotel due to buss restrictions. The Tav didn't work but it wasn't a problem for the stay, but the staff tried to solve the issue but with no luck. Overall a pleasant stay.

Please ignore any historical reviews about the hotel and its previous need of modernisation. The hotel has had a complete refit - in fact I was speaking to a hotel maintenance employee, he said that the floor I was staying on had quite literally had a refit the previous week! Good value for money, and literally next door to Stoke on Trent railway station (It's the old station hotel) I would not hesitate to stay there again.
