顔を合わすほとんどのホテルスタッフが名前を覚えてくれていました。非常にパーソナルなサービスでした。

クリスマスシーズンに2泊させていただきました。トータルでかなり満足しました。スタッフはかなり教育されており、一歩先に目が届きます。部屋はアメージングで、清潔感のあるリラックス空間でした。6歳の1人娘がおり、キッズにとってもまさに天国でプレイプレイスが数カ所あり、スタッフの目も行き届いており安心できます。夫婦はゴルフやテニスを楽しみ、暖かく晴天続きの冬を満喫。クリスマスデコレーション満載の館内には3つのレストランがありますが、1つしか開いておらず、その点は残念でした。再訪を家族で約束しました。

As acomodações são espetaculares, toda a propriedade muito bonita. A única questão para não dar 5 estrela é equipe, sai um pouco confusos e demoram para dar respostas simples, você liga para recepção para uma pergunta simples e eles dizem que vão checar para responder, você tem que ficar no quarto aguardando e geralmente demora muito mais que um tempo razoável, também achei o preço das bebidas, excessivamente caros, não há necessidade de se pagar num Gin tônica 25 euros. Só não atribui as 5 estrelas por esses motivos.

Arrived 3:30p and room was not ready. Restaurants were closed and Spa had no availability.

Skønt hotel nærmest som en drøm kun 10 minutter op i bjergene fra Estoril & Cascais. Var der med min 14 årige søn, vi brugte deres spa, spiste i restauranten, fik en vidunderlig morgenmad med en efterfølgende runde golf på en super bane... Som vi toppede med at se racerløb på Estroil banen... Gode senge og høj standard på alt personale

Everything about my stay was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The grounds are enormous and one can literally lose oneself walking in nature around the golf course. There are five great restaurants on property. And the location, midway between Centra and Cascais is perfect.

The property is one of the original monasteries of Portugal. All aspects of the facilities were excellent clean, neat, and easy access to all amenities. The room was beautiful with great view of the hills and surrounding geography. In general the staff was very good to excellent always helpful.

Luxury hotel with good service. Beautiful swimming pools. A small church inside the hotel area. So special and pretty.

Definitely a retreat resort away from the city. Located closed to Sintra downtown (10-15min driving), sits on golf course that is fun to walk around. Two pool family and adult (both cold not heated). Rooms are spacious, breakfast is great but can get busy as it’s popular. Staff are friendly and incredibly helpful and most speak good English. Highly recommend.

The customer service was amazing! All the crew were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. The spa and the pool are top of the line. We had an amazing experience at Pehna Longa Resort!

In general an excellent hotel but the number of very large groups definitely seem to be impacting on service details.

Great property that is well maintained. Super quick check-in. Large fitness facility and several pools.

Very nice Hotel in a beautiful setting. We spent 5 night and the first 3 days were wonderful until on the afternoon of the forth day an Indian wedding started. Three hours of loud drums welcoming the guest (you could hear it from the room) and the following afternoon again more drums for a procession ceremony that lasted another 2-3 hours. Hotels at this level should notify guests before booking about this type of event or (better) not allow the unnecessary noises.
