This Hotel is not a first-class Hotel. But Hotel employees took good care of me. I thought this Hotel was like my home at the end. The reason why the stars are 3 is the cleaning of the corridor do not be done everyday. Still I like this Hotel.

I used this hotel for a business trip. I evaluate presuming if I spent my own money for this stay. Reception service was good. Facilities were old but not dirty. I cannot say that the shared space was cleaned enough as the dead insects were left on the floor of the passage. You can eat free oatmeal, muffins and fruits for breakfast, but I got tired of them and stop eating them except for coffee and oranges.

ホテル周辺には見事になにもないので、車がないととても不便だと思います。テキサス大学ダラス校への用事で利用しましたが、もっとも大学に近いホテルとはいえ、歩いていける距離ではありません。 キッチン、冷蔵庫がついているし、部屋も広いのでとても便利です。部屋のわりに値段もとてもリーズナブルだと思います（冬期間）。 リチャードソンはとても安全な街なのでそうなのかもしれませんが、セキュリティーはそれほど厳重ではありません。 スタッフはとても親切で、フレンドリーです。ただ、言い方をかえると、高級ホテルのような対応をしてくれるわけではないということになります。

rudest front office staff i have ever dealt with. and while i was there, wouldn’t take my ID and also was rude to someone on the phone, then someone that came in, just practically yelled at everyone that came to the desk and acted like we should be kissing her rear end for the privilege

Dated property with no frills. Pool is closed and they’ve eliminated breakfast. Rooms were decently clean, staff friendly and quite helpful. Overall, a decent play to stay if you need a temporary roof over your head. Quiet facility and large rooms, but still has the faint smell of smoke from when that was still allowed.

From day one, on Friday until my departure on Monday morning. there was standing water. in my bathtub. I wasn't asked or offered to move to another room. due to no maintenance available on weekends.

This is a good place to stay. The front desk staff is very friendly and nice.

The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and any problems that you have with the rooms are addressed in a timely manner. There is public transportation within walking distance around 15 min. There are also plenty of eating places nearby and the neighborhood is walkable. Its a safe area and you see police patroling the area often.

My room is comfortable and homey after being evicted.I love the room.😁

Sofa was not working, no extra pillow and sheet for sofa sleeper. No shampoo and no hand towels.
