Great stay and excellent food and staff

Restaurant needs a bit more organisation as it is not clear what customers wanting to eat need to do o get a table.

Spacious family room. Small tv. Comfy beds & pillows. Great leisure facilities. Carefully planned & maintained gardens. Quiet bedroom. Excellent customer service from staff.

In the room we stayed in the curtains were all mouldy, damaged and old .You could see cobwebs everywhere especially around the wardrobe and above the bed. Flushing the toilet was also challenging and when I asked the reception lady if someone would be able to do some deep cleaning she promised that someone would , but we could not see any difference when we came back. There was a very poor selection at breakfast ( no yogurts, some days even no white bread) for the price we payed we left very disappointed.

Paige (front reception), Amber (the restaurant) and Kelly (the spa) are assets to the hotel.

The room had almost no electrical outlets. However, the ones it did have were these weird round, but 3-pronged ones - are they from the 19th century, or what?! We came to work from the hotel, with a bunch of devices, and we had to crawl behind the furniture, unplug TV, and charge our devices in turns, one at a time. Major pain!

Rooms are clean and bed comfortable but the whole place is badly in need of a revamp

Great food and drink with nice staff. Some rooms could do with a bit of a refresh and modernisation. Little bit expensive for the quality of the room but other than that it was a nice experience.

Good hotel - a little understaffed in places, but the staff on reception were particularly helpful. Breakfast was good, although a buffet would have been more flexible than ordering from the menu. Spa facilities were good, but it was really quite busy. Overall, an enjoyable stay!

Great spa, friendly staff, comfy bed and great shower. Will stay here again.

Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Had a fantastic massage in the spa. The room was deluxe as described, with a large lovely bathroom. Overall delighted with the choice I made

Very friendly and helpful staff especially on the front counter and good the room was pet friendly. A shame there isn't a power point near the bedside tables and needed to asked reception for an extension cable - if people have a medical need for power by the bed this is a bit of a pain and we normally recharge the phones, ipads, watches from the bedside The surface tops had stains and felt like the room could do with some TLC Bathroom was ok, not amazing Felt it's getting to the point the room needed updating

Hotel was good, quiet location,modern facilities. Lift was not working and extractor in bathroom was very noisy. We had to turn off light in bathroom to use the facilities as it was too loud. Food and drink was very expensive, remote location means you have no choice

Hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly. The hotel is good but the rooms are a little tired looking. But if you need a good spot to stay that is close to all of central Scotlands attractions the Inchyra is an ideal location.

We have always loved coming to the Inchyra, it's the perfect place to help heal jetlag as we travel from San Francisco. We have stayed here for about 20 years off and on during our visit to family and we love the warm staff, great bar, and amazing pool and sauna. Thank you Inchyra staff!!

Lovely atmosphere, very clean and presentable, piano music in the restaurant gave a very nice evening vibe, food was excellent and the staff were very pleasant and attentive. Did not get a chance to check it out but the adjoined gym and spa looked very nice too!
