総合評価とレビュー Crowne Plaza EDINBURGH - ROYAL TERRACE, an IHG Hotel

3回目の滞在です。 8.2012、8.2013 までinclude breakfast.朝食のパンが豊富で美味しかったので8.2015に再々滞在。朝食はパンの種類減ったし、パンケーキの不味さたるや。がっかり、何だか節約モードで窓は新しくしていたがお金をかけるべきところが間違っていると思った。残念。frontもがっかり。

ホテルは、エディンバラの中心からはちょっと離れていますが、カールトンヒルのすぐ近くで、泊まった部屋からは天気が良ければ海が見えました。 フィットネスの施設とプールがあり、ビュッフェ形式の朝食もおいしかったです。 部屋へ入ったときに、ベッドのタイプが予約したシングルベッド二つとは違っていましたが、スタッフがすぐにベッドメイキングし直してくれました。ベッドメイキングを待っている間、ビールをホテルもちで飲むことが出来、対応に満足しています。

ホテルの部屋は天井が高く開放感あり。ただ、道路に面した部屋では日中車のタイヤの音が若干耳障り。夜は特に問題無。 Wifiも無料で仕事にも適した環境有。

観光をするには　絶好のエリアで私は歩いて観光しながらエジンバラ城まで行きました。　にぎやかな場所からは離れていますが　ゆっくり過ごすことができました。食事はホテル以外だと10分ぐらい歩けばレストラン等があります。

Excellent hotel, great location to get into the city. Gorgeous bookshop at the end of the road, big John Lewis’s and lots of local food and drink places. 20 mins walk to the station. Lovely views

Lovely quiet and clean hotel. Staff very helpful, within walking distance to all shopping.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast very good. Room clean and comfortable. Great view of the Forth from our room.

Great property. There are quite a bit of hills/stairs between train station and property. If traveling with heavy luggage, would highly recommend Uber.

Had a wonderful stay. Amazing buffet breakfast. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. About a 10 minute walk into town and the tram stop is just around the corner for getting to and from the airport. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other people.

If you could open the windows I'd review a lot higher, the ability to air rooms would mean a much better environment in the hotel, otherwise breakfast and the building are lovely.

Alles Ik as perfect, vriendelijk personeel, mooie, schone kamer, goed ontbijt en centrale ligging.

Ett fint vardagligt hotell. De fick höra att det var vår bröllopsresa och hade uppgraderat vårt rum. Väldigt fint. Tog väl hand om oss, kände sig sedd. Fint, rent, trevlig personal. Toppen!

Lovely hotel great room great location what more could you want ...

We had 2 nights at the property recently and loved our stay. I need a quiet sleep and Voco Royal Terrace delivered. While only an easy 15 minute walk from most of the sights, it’s completely outside of the hustle and bustle, on a quiet street. We also thought the room was brilliant with high ceilings and plenty of space. We look forward to staying here again!

Older style hotel that Volvo have down up to a decent standard. Lobby area and bar fantastic. Rooms are okay, beds are rather small and bathrooms haven’t been refurbished so they are looking tired. Good breakfast offering, very bad coffee machines… these need changing! Service overall from Voco team was welcoming and warm.
