アップグレード、部屋の清潔感とても満足です。ありがとうございました

空港へは20分位のバスで着きます。バス停までも2分で、とてもロケーションが良かったです。コールスへも近かったので最後の日にお土産物をコールスで買いました。プールとジャグジーもあるので子供とジャグジーに入り温泉地気分。お部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。

とても快適に過ごせました！ 部屋も綺麗で清潔感があり、スタッフさんも親切で、大満足。 また滞在したいと思います。 立地も、大好きなバーレーも近いですし、目の前にはコールスもあり、便利な場所でした。

Outriggerにしては、期待以下の建物だった。ただ、早朝着にしては、部屋を手配してくれて、Suiteと書かれている広い部屋に通されたことについてはサービスは満点だといえる。 しかし、ところどころ古びた感が否めないし、朝ごはんも安っぽかった。 アクセスは良かったが、観光地へはバスで30分かかるので、すこし遠い。 また、道路の向かいにANZ銀行や、スーパー、ショップがあるので非常に便利。

The hotel was good but road noise from room if facing main road during day. Otherwise comfortable.

Room was very dated & very basic. Bathroom also dated & bad smells from drains. Spent the entire stay smelling cigarette smoke throughout room, even though all rooms had no smoking sign on them. Could not open the sliding door to balcony as so noisy from the traffic & also cigarette smoke wafting in. Did not see any staff entire stay. Beds were uncomfortable. Mini fridge & microwave were in the sliding wardrobe! Plenty of room for them to be elsewhere. Overall very disappointed.

My stay here was very noisy with not only adjacent building construction going on but the room next to me had tradies there at 7am banging & crashing doing Reno’s. (A email arrived AFTER. I had booked the room about the construction works) Not helpful thanks. There was a strange, and inconsistent noise from above me all night as well. The microwave, kettle and fridge all tripped a power board out so I had to wait for maintenance to reset it all as the lighting was so dark in the apartment to see for myself. Not a place I will be revisiting again.

Great staff, very clean , good parking , nicely renovated

No issues with room - fine for a couple of nights. About 20-30 min walk down to central burleigh heads/ national park, and very close to the beach. If you’re checking in over the weekend, the desk shuts at 2pm so you will need to check in online before hand, but if booked through Expedia/hotels.com they won’t have the correct details to send this online check in through to you so make sure you contact the hotel beforehand. We got sorted quickly on arrival as there is an out of hours phone, but something to bear in mind!

Great location a block back from the beach, buses running up and down the coast pass the front of they units. Lots of good coffee nearby and great selection of clubs, restaurants etc. our unit was large and very comfortable.great value
