Very close to town centre, but rooms very dated, car parks are terrible. And cant smoke outside in court yard, have to go down two flights of stairs and out the front of property.

Great location with undercover parking. The lift is good to get you to the two floors. Contiential breakfast is available for 15 dollars. The first floor has a center courtyard. Would stay again.

The manager fixed a small problem very promptly. Room was very big with all the facilities you needed. The motel is within walking distance of dining places.

2 bedroom unit was very clean & had plenty of room. We were on the 2nd floor & there is a small lift which was very handy. Older motel but very clean & comfortable & walking distance to many great food options & pubs.

Staff friendly Rooms a little outdated. Had a few insect visitors and a dripping tap. Beds comfy.

Very clean family room, it looks like it has been renovated. The manager was good to us and all the shops were close by. Really enjoyed the stay in Warrnambool with my parents from India. Thank you:)

The rooms are dated. There was some dirt on the pillow case. We only stayed 1 night, so it is okay. The parking is convenient.

Very depressing place. The property is old and not particularly clean. We stayed for one night and couldn’t wait to leave. Given how much they charge compared to what you get, it’s very poor value for money.
