目的地に歩いて５分位と条件にピッタシ。 モーテルの東側の海岸線の眺めは最高です。

The pool is closed for maintenance, when booking this was not stated anywhere. The reason I booked the quietly inn was because of the pool. There were cigarette filters in between the sheets in the bed. Overall we were disappointed.

Check in was smooth and easy (side note: if you aren't credit card holders like us make sure you bring a CASH security deposit, our mistake for missing that but an ATM was just across the road at The Warehouse) Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was good and tv channels had something for everyone. Safe parking lot. Short walk into town, easy and convenient! Checkout was smooth and easy. Thanks for having us!

Hotel is in a handy location, short walking distance to the township. Handy to Noel Leeming and The Warehouse. Onsite restaurant is good to have.

We booked for the indoor pool but when we got there it was shut as it was leaking. We were also woken at 6.30am by someone knocking on doors and yelling on the walkway looking for someone. One of thr beds had a huge sunken area so you could only sleep on one side of the bed. The room was really clean though and well maintained apart from the bed.

We had an excellent stay at Quality Inn Napier! From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome right away. Our room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with two comfortable queen beds. It was also very quiet, which gave us a restful and uninterrupted sleep each night. They kindly provided a portable double hot plate upon request, which was perfect for preparing our own meals. The toilet and bathroom were spotless—another big plus. The location is also a standout—convenient and walkable to Marine Parade, which made exploring Napier easy and enjoyable. Parking was spacious and felt very safe, adding to the peace of mind during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

I liked that the room was moderised, however the pillows were awful and I struggled to sleep. The unit was clean, fresh and quiet but both the shampoo and shower gel were empty - I had to use the small bar of soap. I reported this to reception. The lock on the ranch slider was not easy to use when exiting the unit. But great location and good hotel.
