ピオリア スポーツ コンプレックスでの野球見学で利用しました。徒歩圏であるし、途中はショッピングモールやレストラン等が幾つもあり治安もよくロケーションは良いと思いました。ホテルはシャワーも勢い良くお湯が出るし、ベッドも問題ないけど、上階の足音が結構聞こえる。それがはしゃいでる子供の場合は最悪。それ以外は特に気にならない。長期滞在型ホテルなのでキッチンも一応備わってる。道具は持参するか借りないとダメだけど。。

ピオリアスポーツコンプレックスまで徒歩20分ぐらいで着き、その間にもショッピングモールや様々な飲食店があり、場所的にとても良いところでした！ ホテルのスタッフも親切な方が多かったと思います。

Great all around stay

Room not ready at check in time took a hour for room to be cleaned. Front desk staff were excellent! Room very average and smelled like bleach.

Affordable but would not stay again

It was an average experience, I didn’t realize that there was no pool and the breakfast was substandard to what I was expecting.

Upon arriving for check-in at 1130pm, i was told that i could not even enter the lobby because the system was "performing and audit" and they could not check me in during that time. So because they could not check me in, apprently it was also against policy to have me in the lobby. Horrible experience. So i waited in my car with the air running because it was 105 degrees out still for almost an hour whole their computer finished its "audit". I had proof of payment, proof of reservation...i offered to leave a credit card at the front desk. Anything to get into a room and out if the heat. Nothing was accepted. Needless to say i will NEVER stay here again.

Rooms nice. Lack of pool is unfortunate, but not possible. Gym could be done? Biggest issue was not all kitchen items were available. Plastic forks (others were metal), no toaster, one pot but no pan. Really need to have paper towels and a sponge provided. I had to go buy those just to clean up the kitchen

房間很大舒適，地理位置尚可，停車場很棒，早餐雖然種類很多但品質一般，優點是可以選擇中午才用餐，櫃檯服務熱忱很低，兒童遊戲區只適合小小孩，大孩子的遊戲項目都要另外付費居多，體驗住一次即滿足，礁溪鳳凰酒店的明亮感會更有幸福氛圍。

My husband and I got there before midnight to check in and I was refused to be able to check in the lady at the counter. I thought she was parked dragon refused to let us in even though it was before midnight she didn’t want to do her job, they won’t refund my money And we slept in the parking lot that night don’t stay here. It’s horrible and it smelled bad and she was walking around with without her shoes on stay away.

Great stay nice area, they were doing construction so it was loud in the morning but they warned us. Bed was super comfy and great breakfast

Terrible! I showed up and had no room available under my reservation info evethough I paid. The supervisor from earlier shift game my room up to a totally stranger by editing my reservation and replacing my info. Took a good hour to figure out!

It was clean and nice staff was great

The staff was very friendly, the rooms clean, and area around the outside clean and well maintaned.
