総合評価とレビュー Extended Stay America Suites Orange County Huntington Beach

　出張で滞在しました。キッチンがついているので、自炊に便利です。洗剤もリクエストすれば持ってきてくれました。

LAXから車で　Car pool利用で　５０分前後。　FWY４０５から２２乗り換え　出口からは　ほど近く分かりやすい立地　しかしサンタモニカやトーランスなどの様に　日本的感覚の近隣には　スーパーマーケットなども無いので　移動時間を計算に入れておく必要はあり。　キッチン完備ですが、鍋２個　皿は４種類各種２枚程度、まな板、カトラリー（ナイフとかフォークとかスプーン）、食器洗剤（１回分　正し、言えば追加で貰える）はありましたが、「包丁」、「スポンジ」は無いので購入。勿論　基礎調味料はありません。　問題点としては　今回　5日の滞在の中に　「ルームクリーニングサービス」は入って無く　シーツはフロントに　自分で剥がして持って行き自分で交換、　掃除機も頼まないと掛けてくれないので　英語でお願い出来ない人は　ちょっと苦労するかも・・・　（WiFiはチャックイン時にパスワードを貰えるので　携帯の翻訳サイトで訳して見せれば問題ないですが・・）　　ロングビーチ以南に用事がある人には良いですが、それ以外は　渋滞などもあるのでお薦めしません。　その変わり　ロングビーチ以南のアクセスはダーディナや　トーランスとかサンペドロに滞在するよりポテンシャルは　数段高いです。

They wouldn't rent me the room when I got there. The girl at the front desk didn't know why. Just told me I couldn't get a room... I've stayed there one other time on my way thru town on my motorcycle... I had to ride around to find another room.

Staff is great. The perfume in air fresheners and cleaning products used in rooms is overpowering.

The room was full of ants, I woke up with them in our bed.

The plumbing is horrible the toilet kept backing up. In the hallway there was a bad leak in the copper water line to where part of the ceiling fell down on the carpet and a bucket had to be used to catch the water

Staff was helpful and polite not nosey

Very quiet and staff was very helpful. They were polite and went out of their way to help without being overly nosey.

Not a great hotel, but not horrible either. The thing that bothered me most was no shampoo/conditioner or toilet paper in my room.

Everything was good, quiet , comfy.

my kids walk out did not wanted to stay

Pretty quiet and the room was nice. Downside was we did not have a shower curtain when we got to our room. Seems like they only had one staff on sight doing most the work. They should really hire a second front desk receptionist for situations like this.

We stayed there maybe ten years ago because our home was flooded and we needed to have renovations done and our homeowners ins put us there for like four to five weeks and it wasn’t bad plus we had pets so it was convenient but this time around we were shocked at how much it’s deteriorated! They haven’t done any kind of renovations at all the beds were horrible they dipped in and it stunk sooo bad the kitchen was bad the cabinets were terrible you could see the deterioration on the doors/cabinets, the shower had absolutely no water pressure and the shower curtains didn’t close because how they had the shower rod was all jimmied/jacked up! The reason I stayed there was because I traveled from out of town for my daughters bday party and because she has a dog and I figured they could visit or stay a night or two with me since pets are allowed, otherwise I would not have ever stayed there I would have rather stayed at hotel Huntington Beach! But whatever it served its purpose I suppose! Oh and all the savory people there were a plus! (NOT)!!!!

Great place to stay if you’re looking for something quick! Just needed to stay for 1 night but would definitely come back. Staff was friendly and rooms were really clean. Big parking lot and easy access. Good area and not too far of a drive from beaches and main areas. Good location for families with kids. Would recommend staying here to others !!

I understand that its pet friendly, but our room smelt like cat pee. Couldn't stay. got a refund the same night...and there's no pool :(

Got a suite with full kitchen. Not a single plate, cup, dish pan or piece of silver. I dont travel with all that and never have i rented a full kitchen with no eating/cooking items. The price is outrageous for the property and without a car there is no place to eat or shop for miles. You only get room service 1 per week, must exchange your towels at front desk, and bring your trash to a trash chute at the end of the hall. The price is comparative to many other similar properties, so you are being way over charged for value received. The "breakfast" is a cup of coffee, a mini-muffin or a power bar. To call it a "breakfast" is in my opinion a bait-switch. Place caters to low income long term residences.

Had a business training for work. It was a great stay comfortable and convenient amenities a fridge, a microwave and a huge bathroom. Friendly and informative staff. Thank you!

General manager and staff are excellcent

I like the rooms and the location of the hotel. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.
