シャンプー、トリートメントは各部屋に設置されていないが、暖房やシャワーは温かったので、設備は古いが、コストパフォーマンスは良い。

It was very comfortable and the place is very convienient. buy some needed goods and cook at the kitchen, it was really good.

Understood it is cheap hotel, but really less quality.

ウッドフィールドモールの直ぐ隣で食事もショッピングもとにかく便利です。

他州からシカゴ観光を兼ねたショッピングの拠点として、週末に利用しました。ショッピングモールにもほど近く(徒歩圏内)、近辺に日本食レストランやミツワもある為、ロケーションとしてはとても良いと思います。宿泊料金はダウンタウンと比較すると格安で、駐車場も無料の為、コストパフォーマンスを考えると満点と言えます。(ただし、朝食とは名ばかりでコーヒーとリンゴを棚から取る程度ですが。) シカゴダウンタウンへは車で小一時間と離れていますが、週末の朝イチはそれほど渋滞している訳ではなく、時間帯を選べば車でも怖くなかったです。(地元に住んでいる日本人の方曰く、電車も危険無くダウンタウンへ行ける手段だそうです。) フロントスタッフも朝夕日替わりでしたが、全員フレンドリーでした。客室の状態や宿泊の感想等を都度聞いてくれたのは、このタイプのホテルとしては初めてでした。また、Tollの為の小銭両替も快く対応してくれ、助かりました。 欠点としては、壁と天井が薄いのか、コツコツという音が時折聞こえてくる事です。宿泊者はインド人が多い様でした。でも治安に問題は無いと思います。(エリア的にも) 次回シカゴを訪れる時も是非利用したいと思います。

When I took a exam for driver's license, I used this hotel. Well, it is very near from the place that I took the exam. The room was clean and the staffs were very kind to me. Thank you.

The place located easy to access big shopping mole.

Wi-Fiの説明が不十分でかつパスコードが間違っていた。ランドリーは、乾燥機がどのくらい時間がかかるのかどこにも記載されていなかった。

ゲストハウス的なホテルでした。 朝食が無料とは言え、少し寂しかったので、もう少し充実を図って頂ければ良いと思いました。

Sheets stained on 1 bed, other bed had damp sheets. No pillow case on 1 pillow. Asked to have sheets changed was told no maid service on duty and no extra rooms. Asked for refund and went to Holiday Inn.

It took quite a while to get service at the counter. I was asked to fill out a form without explanation. The hotel halls and room had an unpleasant odor. The refrigerator made noises. The sheets were stained and damp. When I asked to have the sheets changed I was told no house keeping was available nor were other rooms. We requested a refund and left.

Bed was lumpy & hallways smelled like over-perfumed attempt to cover cigarette/pot smoke. Room did not smell, just the hallways.
