My stay was nice. The suite was very clean however the toilet I did have to wipe down. Also the parking is $5.

Adorei a minha estadia em Austin! A localização é excelente, em uma área tranquila, ideal para relaxar. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Embora o hotel não ofereça café da manhã, os quartos são studios com cozinha, o que foi uma ótima vantagem, pois pudemos preparar nossas próprias refeições. O quarto era super confortável e o hotel, no geral, estava sempre muito limpo. Achei que o custo-benefício foi ótimo, considerando o conforto e a praticidade que o hotel oferece. Um ponto a se atentar é que o estacionamento custa 5 dólares por noite, o que não estava especificado no Hoteis.com, mas ainda assim é um valor razoável. Com certeza, voltaria e recomendo!

Staffs and service were excellent.

We were unable to use our shower. It did not work. Upon arriving home at 2am, we were unable to shower when we got home or in the morning. I made the front desk clerk know upon check out.

Not close to any place to eat or have a coffee. Parking fee in such a location is egregious. Parking was plentiful. Coffee and snacks were substandard. Staff is poorly trained. Rooms were good, clean, and quiet. TV did not allow for streaming via phone.

The front office staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are surprisingly pleasant. The outside of the hotel doesn't look like much, but the rooms are good.

The surrounding area seems not to be safe places.

The hotel was nice and front desk was friendly and respectful. The only thing I didnt like was the elevator was under maintenance and they was loud working on it messing with my sleep, but I’m glad they gave me a room on the first floor. Also my disposal didn’t work and the kitchen sink will backup with water so I couldn’t use the sink. But I liked that the front desk lady didn’t charge me extra for checking in two hours before check-in time. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, bathrooms was nice and stock with enough towels and essentials. The room have blackout curtains so that was nice for me since I worked at night and need no sun in my room when I was resting.
