フィレンツェに着くのが、2245で、事前に2300までののcheck inには間に合わない旨のメッセージ送ってあったのですが、何度書いても返事がなく、空港に着いてから電話して、ようやく誰か居るから大丈夫と言う事がわかりました。 　朝ごはんは野菜がきゅうりとトマトが、申し訳程度にあるだけで、残念でしたが、パンやお菓子は豊富にありました。ハム、ソーセージ、チーズも種類は少ないですが、美味しくいただきました。

ホテル自体は問題なく綺麗で快適ですが、駐車場がほぼ無く、路上駐車スペースを探しました。イタリアの市内ではどこもそうですが。

空港に近く、フィレンツェ市街地まではバスで25分くらい。22番系統のバスしか通っていないが本数は多く、早朝から深夜まであってとても便利。徒歩7～8分のところにコインランドリー（wash&dry)があり、洗濯も出来たので助かった。 フロントの方が親切で、雨の日には傘を貸してくださいました。お部屋の掃除は毎日清潔で、文句なしです。 ホテルの朝食は値段の割りに内容が良くないので、近くのカフェやバールを利用していました。 過度なサービスは一切なく、ほったらかし　とも思える印象でしたが、こちらから何か尋ねたり求めたりしたときには丁寧に、そして親切に対応してもらえました。24時間スタッフさんがいるのも心強かったです。 マイペースに過ごしたい方には最適なホテルだと思います。私は5泊、心地よく過ごせました。

ホテルの近くにバス停（ガソリンスタンド前）があり、フィレンツェの駅から22番のバス一本で行けます。バスの運行時間も朝の5時から夜の24時までありますので非常に便利です。ホテルの部屋も広く清潔で快適でした。喉が乾けば１Fのロビーで飲み物を売っていますので24時間いつでも利用できます。ホテルの設備は概ね満足でしたが、最後までエアコンの使い方が分かりませんでした。

This B&B has all your basic travel needs covered. It’s convenient (near the airport), clean, quiet and comfortable. The room I had was no frills but it provided everything I needed during my stay. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of items to meet various dietary needs.

Accueil agréable, très propre, proche des commodités et du tramway. Facilement accessible pour le centre de Florence et la gare de train.

Hotel funcional, quarto clean com ar condicionado, café da manhã bom (comprado a parte), perto do aeroporto (2 estações), longe do centro turistico. Porta abre com código (sem chave). Algumas comodidades a venda no térreo, ao lado da recepção (geladeira com bebidas/ comidas, café, pequenos itens de higiene). Google maps mostra o hotel com entrada na rua errada (hotel está na esquina, então é preciso seguir e dobrar a esquina para achar a porta).

Acomodação ampla, limpa e confortável. Recomendo.

We needed a place for our one night in Florence, it was close to the airport. Not a great location, the AC somewhat worked but the AC was dripping enough to soak through two towels. We arrived at 1:20 but we weren’t allowed in our room until 2:00pm even though it was ready. We checked out at 4:00am so we used the room for 14 hours. It served its purpose but this hotel was the only downside to our entire stay in Italy.

Property should fix or replace all the broken furniture and fixtures in the rooms.

Personally there’s a safety area in Florence and the views of the room is pretty.

The hotel is 5 minute walk to the tram system that took us into Florence. It had underground parking that was quite safe. The staff was over and beyond helpful. We arrived late check in, was out late one night, and the overnight staff was the most delightful man to chat with. He was like a long lost friend. My wife and I had such a great time chatting with him. The breakfast was worth the addition to buy. It was a good place to stay.

This was more like a hostel than a hotel.

The staff here were very nice and helpful. Alessandro patiently answered all of our questions about how to get around the area, where to eat, etc. He took very good care of us. The breakfast was nice and the lady there was friendly also. The hotel itself is nice, and in a convenient location, but needs some maintenance. Our room had damaged walls and doors and the balcony had crumbling concrete. Our friends room did not have damage and was much nicer and they were on the same floor just 2 doors down. Also, there was a heavy musk perfume smell in the hotel that gave me a headache. The hotel should keep in mind that some people are allergic or sensitive to fragrance.
