アメニティはシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープはあります。 ドライヤーも温風のみながらあります。 タオルはフェイスタオルとバスタオルが一枚ずつ。 Wi-Fiはチェックイン時にパスワードをいただけます。 朝食は別料金で、コンチネンタルスタイル（6ポンド、子どもは半額）とイングリッシュブレックファースト（8ポンド、同上）とあります。食べてから支払うスタイルとのことです（私は食べていませんが）。 部屋によるのかと思いますが、天井が低くなっている箇所があるので、頭上注意です。 荷物預けは確か無料でできたと思います。 荷物室は共用ですが、フロントの目の前にあり、鍵がついていますので、悪いことはそうそうできない仕様だと思います。

A good size bedroom, very warm, friendly welcome from the staff. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast and coffee. Can't stress how much I appreciated the staff being so helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel had beautiful architecture but was tired and worn. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and good value. All in all a good one night stay.

This hotel is in the center of the city so some noise is to be expected, but it was unbelievably loud. Much of that was because it was too hot so windows had to be open to balance the heating system. Definitely run down and in need of updating. Served what I needed which was a bed for the night but wasn't the most comfortable experience

Lovely room and it just few minutes walk from Carsile Station.

It was a very old hotel , tired and grubby. Lot of noise from the room above until 2am. Lot ofr noise from a neighbouring business until early hours of the morning. Far too hot on the upper floors .... not a pleasant stay at all.

Great place to stay, close to the rail station and many restaurants and shops.

No fuss hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff polite and helpful. Great location in town. Breakfast could be better with more staf. Food decent though. I would use this hotel again.

I was in room 105 the shower did not work properly.the shower head sprayed water all over the floor and bathroom it would not stay in place,so the bathroom ended up like a swimming pool and very very slippery,informed hotel reception they said they would inform housekeeping,when I got back to our room housekeeping had been and dried the floor and left dry towels but the shower head had not been fixed so we couldn’t use the shower and it was a very hot day and night disappointed.

This is a great location and in its time probably was a grand hotel. The rooms are dated but clean and have good bedding. It’s basic in an excellent location for a night out or shopping. Wish we’d known there was free parking at the back before we paid £10 in a car park up the road. This is tired but clean accommodation in an excellent location for the town

Toilet not flushing. Bath was stained. Asked for a disabled room with walk in shower but it wasn't working. Lift out of order. Kettle didn't switch off automatically after boiling. A very disappointing stay.

County Hotel Carlisle was a spur of the moment decision for my wife and I with our adult daughter - we were extremely surprised when we arrived as it was a magnificent old building. Our room slept 3 with large king and a single bed - very spacious and comfortable room - bathroom also very spacious and good shower pressure and hot water. TV available and despite being very old and recently painted the room was very clean and fresh As it on the Main Street and we were on the first floor it was a bit noisy but believe it or not - they even provided earplugs for your use !!! Our hearty English breakfast was included all for the price of around $190 AUD !!! Good hotel for a short stay Highly recommend it for comfort and great value for money 💰 Greg
