Right Downtown Indy, booked for a cousin's night meeting up from out of town. Great service, unique building.

It was a unique hotel, being historically connected to an old rail line. I believe part of the rail line is still active to this day. There was a nice railroad aesthetic to it, which was charming. There were renovations going on, so it was tough to navigate at times.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable. The history of the building is very cool!

Forgot my head phones. Called and they tried saying I never stayed in the room I paid for.... Then when they finally found my account they said they're gonna text me a link to fill out the lost and found so that I can get my headphones back but they just never sent me the link. The headphones cost more than the room! Also the only reason this place is semi expensive is because of the location. The room itself is not worth 160 a night

Smelled like smoke

This hotel is walking distance to everything around downtown. It was very clean, quiet, and just a friendly atmosphere with all the staff. I loved the historic feel staying there. I would recommended this hotel to anyone and stay here again. Valet parking was expensive but it’s downtown so I’m sure it’s like that everywhere.

Pleasantly surprise by the uniqueness

We stayed here in order to stay in the train cars and use the pool. We were informed though that the pool is no longer there. This was unfortunate since I had 3 kiddos with me to entertain and there was no entertainment. There wasn’t really even comfortable places to sit and play a game or anything. So unless you are in town for something and just need a fun place to sleep- it is definitely not worth the price. The train rooms were neat and done well, but of course are on the smaller side because it is a train. FYI $50 for valet parking $20 for adults breakfast not all you can eat LOTS of construction around the hotel that makes it hard to get to the hotel. (As of April 2025)

Great location and friendly staff

The cost for valet/parking - which we were not made aware of when making the reservation.

On arrival and return in the evening the reception were fabulous , friendly and very welcoming. This hotel is truly amazing , the station history , the active line and the option of staying in decommissioned and high end refurbished carriages. What a place, I think this might just be my favourite place ever.

Tyneia helped us out not only during check-in, but was communicative and helpful throughout our entire stay! She is a rockstar and we will definitely be staying here again next time in Indy specifically because she was so great! Also, the train car rooms were awesome and unique.

Excellent hotel - being renovated but very nice. Inside an old train station, very cool architecture, with very nice and updated rooms. Connected via skywalk to convention center, and very close to Lucas Oil stadium. Parking is a 2-3 block walk (if non valet).

Construction all around the area made it very difficult to walk to our desired destinations without walking through some shady areas

This place is so interesting! Loved the theme and the history. Great location and easy access to Lucas Oil Stadium.

No onsite parking, BEWARE $80.00 to park offsite overnight. Housekeeping knocking on our door at 9:20 am Sinage led you nowhere (exits, vending, skyway to LucasOil Stadium, etc..).

Everything was good. The toilet was oddly loud when it would flush and the valet was completely full so we had to walk close to two blocks after packing the vehicle.

I like the history of the property and how convenient it was to get to other places downtown.

The train experience was very cool.
