二度ときません。トイレは流れない、コンセントはすぐ抜ける、段差があって荷物があげられない、11時はフロントは締まって、何も夜中のフォローjはない。友人の部屋の鍵が開かなかったが誰もフロントはいない。ローマは昔から歴史で食べているだけなので、何の努力もしていない。このホテルは最悪です.]

Except one, all the other staffs were very friendly and helpful. They were flexible to support me, too. The breakfast menu was simpler than expected, but after having a series of heavy, great dinner in restaurants in the city, we did not need so rich breakfast, anyway. The location was great; only a few minutes walk from Place de la Comedy; ~5 minutes from railway station; calm. In the first day, I did not why, room cleaning was done in very late time (later than 3 p.m.), but in the following days it was done in early timing and good. Pool was very crowded; gym was very simple, just equipped for bikes. Bathroom is totally separated from toilet, and clean and bright.

Hotel is in a great location. 5 mins walk from the train station and walkable to all the sights. The room was spotless with nice toiletries and coffee machine. Cleaning was done daily and all staff were friendly and helpful. The outdoor garden is lovely although the pool didn't look very clean so I wouldn't use it. Highly recommend and I will stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to beautiful Montpellier

We stayed here for five nights. Room was clean and the location is perfect. The outside seating area is a bonus if you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy a morning coffee or night cap. Would stay here again.

Very pleasant staff. Nice breakfast. Very good location near the historic center and the rail way station.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location close to the central square and train station. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby.

Super helpful staff, clean, quiet and good sized room. My only knocks are paper cups, no refrigerator and a bed that is a little on the hard side.

Blamed Hotels.com for not wanting to refund when it was actually the hotel decision...
