Food needs a bit more flavor and the scrambled eggs are to runny

Very good and clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner buffets were great.

it's quite old, from the furniture to the bathroom fixtures in the rooms. Considering what was paid, it seems a bit overpriced for what it offers.

I wanted to extend my deepest appreciation for the outstanding hospitality shown to me during my recent stay at your hotel. This was not my first time visiting, and once again, I was truly impressed by the level of service provided by your dedicated team. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Miss Aysha for her understanding and flexibility regarding my flight delay. Her willingness to accommodate a late check-out allowed me to relax and unwind after a long journey. Her exceptional customer service skills and attentiveness to my needs made me feel valued as a guest. Chef Mahmoud, your talent for creating culinary masterpieces is truly remarkable. The meals prepared under your guidance were not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavors. Your attention to detail and consideration for dietary preferences were greatly appreciated. I must say, the dining experience at your hotel is always a highlight of my stay. I would also like to thank Mr. Sidiq for his warm hospitality and attentive service. Does not meet Holiday Inn Standards I have seen

it was a nice stay, good and quite hotel

Very clean and up to date. The pool is nice for wading on a hot day. There's also a gym that is surprisingly well equipped, along with a sauna and jacuzzi. The room itself (executive suite) was super spacious.

Very nice Hotel and Clean. Friendly staff and good Location. The only problem is the Bathroom seat it is very close to the bathtub so you have to sit sideways..lol

Two things that i really liked and highly appreciate in the hotel that are room cleanliness and good breakfast. It is rarely to find a neat and nice room without some few dust here and there, which is very annoying, even in 5 star hotels, however this hotel rooms were cleaned just perfectly, exactly the way it should be as there was NO dust at all even in very tiny and unreachable spaces; this was extremely surprising as we used to find dust in many 4 and 5 stars hotel rooms in the world.

The hotel was newly renovated.

The hotel looks old and dusty, food is average, staff is nice.

The hotel is new, isolated away of the city and nothing around it. The AC was frozen as i turned it off day and night. Food is expensive with low quality. Overall th hotel is not comfort.

Old renovated building, over price competitively with other Holiday Inn, average customer service.

Good hotel and staff in bad location

Hotel had shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Check n was quick and easy. Staff very nice. room was clean and appointed to a western standard. TV had some English channels. Breakfast buffet was OK but could be better for the size occupied. Security around the hotel provided some comfort/ confidence for the stay. Not good value but if I return to Yenbo I will probably stay here again.
