I arrived at the hotel at 10.30 am. No room was available which was fair enough. The lady told me to come back at 1.30 pm but I mentioned that I might be even late. So, I told her to put the bags into the room when the room was ready. I came back at 2.30 pm and she said there was still no room available. After that, I returned to the hotel at night -- about 9 pm -- and I was exhausted. Then, I asked the receptionist during check-in if my bags was already in the room. He said they should be. If not, they would arrange them to be sent. We got into the room to get some comfortable rest and there was no bag in the room yet. We waited for almost half an hour but no one came. I called the receptionist again and this time they told me to go down to the reception desk to get the bags. Gosh! What a day after already being so exhausted. Then, there was no provided slippers and no soap in the room. I went down to get them when I took the bags. I requested for a bottle of water the next day but they said it was only available once during check-in. The service was not excellent service, making my stay less memorable.
