便利です 日本人の方は是非使ってみてください

初日、チェックインが遅くなったことで（？）、予約した部屋と異なるタイプの部屋しかないと言われましたが、翌朝交渉して戻してもらいました。朝食なしの素泊まりで予約しましたが、現地払いの約40ドルのデポジットフィーが毎日発生し、翌朝の朝食などで使えました（持ち越しは不可）。レンタサイクルでも使えると書いてあったような…。朝食はテイクアウトかレストランの2択で、テイクアウトのパン、コーヒーは選択肢多くとっても美味しかったです。お部屋はとても綺麗にリフォームされていて清潔。スリッパ、歯ブラシはないです。スタッフの方も皆さん感じ良かったです。部屋タイプによっては冷蔵庫のない部屋があるようですが、暖房をつけるくらいNYが寒かったので、特に不便には感じず。韓国街の端にあり、ホテルの前にはアジア系の人もちらほら。ペンステーションまでも近いし、地下鉄の駅までも30秒くらい。各ブロードウェイまでも徒歩圏内。交通の便最高でした。

とても清潔感があり、スタッフの対応も良い。

Clean room, professional and friendly staff, particularly at the front desk

Great place in a great location. Close to everything! Not a fan of their restaurant (not much of a menu and no tvs for sports with not the best service as if they don’t really want you there ) but the over all hotel is great and everyone else there is quite up to the Hilton brand you would hope to expect

We were blindsided when we got there by a $40 a night “destination charge”. Please put the full price in the room rate so we know what we are getting.

We had a great stay. Lots to do within a block or 2, food, shopping and sightseeing.

The staff is amazing

Super friendly staff and overall super convenient location.

Hotel is very nice, though one of the three elevators was out of order. The reception desk staff was very prompt and pleasant. The concierge staff were extremely helpful with everything. Big props to Jose!

A classic hotel with a rich history, lovely staff and super facilities, including a good gym. Breakfast at the Bronze Owl was tremendous. Empire State is just around the corner, and great food in K-town Can be a bit noisy due to traffic, and loud aircon, but don't let that stop you!

Clean and friendly hotel with historical heritage.

I had originally ordered a suite room, and was promised two rooms. However, when I arrived, it was only one room, rather than the divided two. Furthermore, there was construction going on near the entrance, and was inconvenient when entering and leaving the hotel.

I wouldn't recommend it for families.. receptionists are not professional enough (they have an attitude and don't know how to communicate well with customers).. The hotel was below my expectations..

We had a really bad experience as the area out side is looked like building construction sites, very dirty and noisy. Unsafe as lots drunk and druggy people were walking around .staff were not helpful as we have booked our stay with breakfast and they said booking planform always makes a mistake and the property doesn’t offer breakfast
