主要な道路沿いで、タクシーを呼ぶときも人に説明するときも楽だった。簡単だが朝食がついているのも良かった。利用しなかったが フィットネスマシンやプール、ジャグジーもあり、 施設自体は古いが、まあまあ良いホテルだった。清掃が熱心で感心した。

The fridge is small with no freezer. No elevator which means no carts.

The property matches the star rating. Just let that manage your expectations and you will find it is very adequate and a good value. It was clean, breakfast was good and it was surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the highway.

Not as advertised. Room looks totally different. Not clean. Beds not comfortable.

Do not book here. This place is old, dirty, not maintained in the most basic ways like working phone, clean shower, consistent hot water, working faucets.

Main floor renovations looked untouched.

Room was okay but fresh paint smell make uncomfortable and washroom door lock didn't work either.

Needed renovation and cleqnliness

A very disappointing stay. We had reserved a stay at this hotel thinking that the “Ramada” was a good name and had a reputable reputation. The first clue should have been the lack of cleanliness at the front door, but being exhausted after travelling all day, we didn’t pay much attention to it. The pictures on the advertisement were a far cry from reality. The initial room that was selected for us to stay in was underwhelming. The ceiling stains, old chipped furniture, missing items, a filthy chair too dirty to sit on, peeling paint did not accurately reflect what was advertised. After speaking with front desk staff a different room was offered as a solution The next room seemed better at first glance until you looked around. The lack of cleanliness was astounding. The window drapes were filthy. What looked like old blood and red nail polish stains and black filth collected on the bottom of the drapes, clearly they had not been cleaned in some time. The ceiling had various colours of stains however at least it didn’t leak. The chairs were beyond filthy, with a broken chair leg, perhaps they were only meant for decor. The bathroom counter appeared clean with old peeling wood and a door that had seen better days. Unfortunately our rooms were non refundable, otherwise we would have cancelled our stay and gone elsewhere. This was an embarrassment to the Ramada hotel chain name and definitely not worth the stay or the cost of what we paid to be there.

Everything was up to our expectations. Great staff all around.
